My AC stopped working during a heat wave in August. Matt Martinez was able to visit my house in a timely manner. He was having trouble isolating the problem as it was unusual. Matt persisted until he got my unit running again and performed his tasks with a professional and pleasant attitude. Smart, friendly and efficient describes this team member. 👍🏼👍🏼

Saturday July 8, 2017 was a sweltering day and the temperature was 88 degrees in my house at 3pm. The a/c was barely working so I finally called Fisher Air as I had used their service befor in 2014 and Was happy I did. I got the owners wife on the phone who scheduled a same day Saturday appointment For me. The short story is that at 9pm the house temperature was 74 degrees! I had the pleasure of having Alan, the company president , doing the repair. It was very reasonably priced. Thanks to the Fisher family My family became happy campers. I decided to buy their maintenance service agreement and look forward to using their service whenever it it is needed. I can without reservation recommend Fisher Air To anyone in need of a/c service. 2 weeks after our install, loving our air! we went for a complete upgrade, of air/heat/vents so glad we did. A great team of installers too; professional, on time and the work areas were always cleaned.
They were suppose to come out for an inspection on our AC unit, never showed up. Thanks for wasting my time while I twiddled my thumbs. I called a couple weeks later to try and reschedule, they said I wasn't in the system, so no appointment was ever made. I guess I just dreamed it all along (sarcasm). So I just said goodbye, since they wouldn't honor the $50 gift card a technician gave me (that I lost!). UPDATE - I TALKED WITH MARK, HE'S A GREAT GUY TO WORK WITH. DID SOME WORK FOR ME. TURNS OUT THE GAL IN THE OFFICE WASN'T SUPER HELPFUL. I GUESS I SHOULDN'T THROW OUT THE BABY WITH THE BATHWATER. THEY OFFER VERY FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS. THAT HELPS WHEN THE BILL STARTS TO GET HIGH.
I just had my 6mos service and Ralph was the technician. He did a complete inspection of the system and made two repairs that I hope will prolong the life the unit. I have requested Ralph again in January as I had confidence in him and believe he did a good job. I did renew my service agreement.
I'm so great full for Fisher Air Conditioning. The AC upstairs wasn't working and Jason from the company came here fast and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He thoroughly explained the problems the unit was having and made his recommendations without putting any pressure on me to make the sale. I was very happy with the service. This company is as professional as it gets.
Fisher Air has replaced four units on our commercial property and provides routine maintenance. Mark has been great about providing us a wide range of options from most economical to most efficient, and Chip has provided us with excellent service. We could not be more pleased with the overall quality and value of their service!

Just had bi-annual service call performed by Jason. He did a thorough job and was very informative and friendly. All of my interactions with FisherAir have been positive. They helped me out last summer by fixing my air conditioner on short notice during one of the worst heatwaves in recent memory. Like Jason, we found the technicality was friendly and efficient.
