My AC quit on me. I called on a Wed night and he came out Thursday morning. It was the beginning of a 109 to 111 degree F, 10 day heat wave. Fortunately it was a minor repair and he had the part replaced in about an hour. Such a relief!
Quality service at a low price
In the thick of summer and AC breaks. Richard was responsive and scheduled us in on the same day! Affordable very easy to work with. Glad I came across this his business.
Terrible customer service! I had my A/C diagnosed from these people, they checked everything and said they located the leak. They charged me and said the leak is fixed, when they didn't fix the problem and just done a temporary repair. A couple weeks later I am having the same issue, and these people are telling that I have to pay for the service charges and repairs again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!! The guy who works there RICHARD is very unprofessional and charges a lot with not providing any sort of warranty with his work! Please save your money and find a different A/C Company that is more reliable!

Richard got right out and replaced the part that was needed and did not charge a arm and a leg for his service... I would highly recommend U Pay Less Refrigeration and Heating for any of your A/C needs...

Awesome work, after showing up, AC was back on track in about 20 minutes. The rates were reasonable, I was pleased with the whole outcome.

The technician was very thorough and very good at explaining what the problem was and we thought it was one thing but it was another that was way less expensive this company is very honest and do great work if I ever have any other problems I would definitely call them thank you again
I called a few days ago and a gentleman came out and inspected my AC within a few hours from the time I called. He inspected the unit and gave me an estimate for the repairs. I called several companies and the estimate I received from U Pay Less was far more responsible. I called back to confirm that I would like to proceed with the repair and they came back the following morning. My AC was fixed properly and has been working great. It also gave me a piece of mind knowing that I have a one year warranty for the repairs completed. Thank you for your honesty and quality work, I’ll definitely call back if I need any additional repairs in the future.
These guys are thieves. DO NOT USE! We called them out because our ac was not working. After paying $50 for them to look at it, the man told me we needed to either replace or repair our condenser coils. We told him we would like them to be repaired, which would cost us another $650. We set up an apt for him to come back, and he said he would call 15 mins before he would be arriving. This call never came, however, and I ended up waking up to my dog alerting us that there was someone on our roof. He worked on our air conditioning for most of the day, however, he did leave multiple times which I assume was him going to other repair jobs he had planned. Around 6pm he rang our doorbell to inform us he would have to come back tomorrow because he ran out of coolant. He said to be sure I had the $650 in cash and again he said he would call before arriving. Again this call never came. The next day arrived and he finished the job. Just before leaving he told us we would be needing to fix our "blower" before too long. My boyfriend thought this comment was interesting considering we had just replaced that not too long ago. After the repair man left the ac was working, not very well, but at least it was working, unlike before the man came. After 2 days, however, it began making a loud noise whenever we ran it, then it just would not turn on. My boyfriend got up on the roof to inspect what the problem was, only to come to the realization that our motor was stolen and replaced with a cheaper one, as well as the wiring being wrong. And multiple screws were placed in holes that did not need screws, the wrong type of screws being used, and the mounting bushels were not even installed. He did not even install the "replacement motor" correctly, causing the mounting bracket to break. This man thought we did not know what was contained within our ac unit and so he suspected we would call him again when the motor, inevitably, stopped working and pay him more money to fix it. The AC was working intermittently and then it finally failed. An other much larger company had inspected the unit three times. They could not find the cause of the intermittent failures. This company came out on a very hot Sunday afternoon, inspected the unit, and said that both the thermostat and condenser fan were bad. They replaced both and my problem was solved. So much for all the other experts.... I should add that I thought their price was very reasonable.
Thank you guys for coming out on short notice and getting A.C. diagnosed and fixed properly. Even got the sliding glass door working again. Gracias Richard! I will spread the word about you guys!
