Arthur had great customer service! Overall satisfied with my AC!
WOW! I just wish I could give Arthur & Desi more than 5 Stars! From the 1st phone call, Arthur was pleasant & knowledgeable. Both men came on time, explained as they went & did their work so professionally. I can not recommend this Company enough & will use them for all my future AC/ HEATINNG needs. As I told Arthur I would write; CLONE these guys! lol But seriously if all service/ craftsmen worked like these guys, there would NEVER be a complaint! Look forward to see these swell guys in the FALL. TY for such a GREAT JOB!
I was impressed with the honesty and knowledge Arthur showed up to my house with, he check out my furnace step by step and was able to get to the issue,took him like 30 minutes to check averyhting out I was up there too. got it working in no time.i will be calling them for future issues. thank you.
