Excellent customer service. I was able to get an appointment and job done within hours of calling. Reasonably priced. We used Fuse for a second opinion since the last service provider was pushing us to buy a whole new system. Turned out all we needed was some refrigerant and sealant to fix our AC problem. Highly recommend Roman with Fuse.

If you don’t use FUSE, you are not getting the best in town! Roman was punctual, was willing to accommodate my schedule, efficient, and affable. Did not try to oversell. Dishwasher repair: scheduled for same day and arrived on-time as promised. Worked for about an hour, thoroughly testing system. Determined problem was a bad control board and the part is no longer available for this 15-year-old model. Worth a try!

Roman was our technician and he came to our home on the same day we needed service. He did a great job and repaired our dryer as it was not producing any heat. That same night, our dryer started to make a loud clanking sound. I immediately called Fuse again and they sent Roman back to check things out. They came out a second time and fixed our dryer without any hassle. We are no longer having any issues and are completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.
Nest thermostat throwing error code and not getting power. Fuse Service BF was able to send an electrician to assess, diagnose and repair the problem. Roman is professional, thorough, highly skilled and honest. Would recommend especially the kind of summers we have in Bakersfield.

Fuse came out and diagnosed our washer quickly. We agreed to have them do the repair as well and once the part came in they came out same day to complete the repair.
After calling so many companies to get an estimates, I called them. The provided me a reasonable customer service and answered all my questions. They sent a great tech out that same day to do a diagnostic check of my AC unit. Which done smoothly. I am quite satisfied with them so far.
My refrigerator was acting weird. Called on Sunday and scheduled for Monday morning. I had to reschedule till later that evening and they were very accommodating. Tech even showed up early. Came in git down to business, and finished up very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

They did an incredible job my AC runs great they cleaned up everything after themselves they removed my oil unit I was quite impressed with the work very nice friendly professional afterwards they sent me a huge edible arrangement. I would def recommend thsi company to anyone for sure.
The technician is a truly professional and great at that. Had an emergency with my AC going out after midnight, I reached out and he was at my home within 30 minutes and fixed our AC unit. We couldn't thank them enough all around great guy and even better at what he does you won't regret it if you are to go with him!!!
