Service was done quickly and correctly. No complaints about the technician at all. He went over pricing with me prior to repair and I blindly agreed as the fix was only going to be a broken capacitor. $375 for the new capacitor and $98 for the service. Repair gets done and my AC is fixed. Wrote him a check and he was on his way. After, I did a bit of my own research and found that these capacitors are selling online for ~$25 a piece. Obviously I’m not happy about this. Called the company back and was told that they need to upcharge on parts just to keep their doors open. You know, if you are charging 1500% over market value just to stay open… maybe, just maybe you aren’t doing something correctly on the business end. My mistake on trusting this company, won’t happen again.
Prompt response, fair prices, and honest, couldn't ask for more, I'd strongly recommend this company if you need help with your AC unit.
Would highly recommend. My a/c blower motor went out and they came out the same day. They were very nice and professional explained everything to me prices were fair. They are now my a/c go to. May God continue to bless and pour His favor on them. They were a life saver for me as we were in triple digits when this happened.

We were very pleased with the whole experience. Our cousin referred us to Qwik Time. It was refreshing to deal with such professional, prompt, honest, fair and informative people like Justin and Sharlene. They didn't try to push any unnecessary services nor purchases. We were relieved that they were able to repair our air conditioner and delayed the need to replace it. After this experience, we can't imagine going anywhere else for our HVAC needs. Thank you. It was one of the first warm days when we first needed to use our Air Conditioning. I noticed it was running quite a bit and not blowing as cold as I thought it should be. Based on a recommendation from a close friend I gave Justin a call. He quickly made an appointment that worked with my schedule. Justin was straight forward and I honest. He presented me with all the options I could go with; Most cost effective ones as well as potential upgrades that I had asked him about. I never felt like was trying to push anything extra on me. In fact, I felt he had my best interests in mind and was very thorough in explaining what was actually required for the repair and his advise on the best route to move forward with. Communication was great and he was very responsive to my calls and texts, as well as scheduling the repair around times that worked best for my schedule. Lots of options for A/C service out there, but I will be calling Justin at Quik Time whenever the need comes up.
