I get the feeling they do not want my business. Contacted them last year and the young lady said they are booked out for weeks try somewhere else. Fast forward one year later I call again for a service for my properties , young lady says she will call me back for a date and nothing. Shame I used to have them come out all the time. Guess I got to look elsewhere. Their loss.
I left a review a couple of months ago and the owner called and requested that I take it down but now I called for a service a couple of days ago and they canceled on me last minute. They are extremely unprofessional and I will not work with them for any of my properties in the future if they don't improve costumer service.

This is the BEST business for those who seek a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and responsible company. I have an evaporative cooler and am extremely pleased at the level of workman-like expertise and attention to detail which is typical of Pro Air. I have used them now for 2 years and have lived in Bakersfield for many years. Pro Air is absolutely the BEST.
