My elderly mother is with out a house after unlicensed AC company cross wires don’t do it. This decision may cost you your life
They came out 10:30 pm, an hour after I called, on a Sunday evening with daytime temps at 107. The problem was fixed quickly and our family was comfortable again soon after. Obviously, there is an after hours surcharge so don't be surprised. It would be the same for any service company willing to work on a long weekend evening. Thanks P&P Air, my wife is happy again. 🤣
Called Power & Performance Air, because my AC was not blowing cold air, Mike Answered and gave me a time frame 12 to 2pm...When it was 110 degrees in Bakersfield....Mike called me back at 11am stating that he will be here sooner, he came and immediately spotted the problem with my capacitor, replaced it and now my AC is working again...A plus quality in my book.....
Called Power & Performance Air for an annual A/C service this year. It was kind of a test to see if we really had a leak in our A/C as was told by the previous well known company that serviced us last year. Well, we did not have a leak after all. The previous well known company lied and charged us a pretty big bill. The crew from Power & Performance was on time (actually early) for a same day appointment-same day!! They were so friendly and knowledgeable. I have found an A/C service company that I will have no problem referring to others. You can tell the owner Mike takes extreme pride in his business- it shows thru his employees work ethic.
Mike and everyone that services our appliances, Maytag repair, did an excellent job! We will use them again.
DJ was great and told me everything he did. I recommend the company to other friends and family.
They were here quickly and fixed the problem!

They came out to give me a quote, and I didn't know until after they looked at my unit that I was going to be charged a "service charge". They did reduce the charge because I didn't know. But I thought that was wrong, so I don't want to use them. And so far, they're the only ones who've given me a charge for a quote.
Requested a quote and when they came they wouldn't quote repair unless I paid a discounted service charge. Which i dont think they even serviced. I don't know for sure. Im not on the roof with them.

3:30 pm on a Saturday and I needed an AC repair. Not only was the cost to diagnose cheaper than any weekday call anywhere else, the tech was here in 15 minutes.
only positive is that they answer phone quick and respond quick. Young tech came out on Sunday, charged $800 for 5lbs of refrigerant just for it to all leak 4 days later. I call them to come out and check just for them to tell me their tech made a mistake filling it up while their was a leak, just for them to now want to charge me $9,000 to replace the AC now. Point is they shouldn't be performing work and charging customers when they know theirs going to another problem.
My elderly mother's heater stopped working just as cold weather started. Having worked with Power & Performance Air before to repair her cooler, did not hesitate to call again. Thomas went above and beyond to quickly repair my mother's heater, I can't thank him enough!
Mike and his team are indispensable for Bakersfield. During the peak of the summer Mike and his team came to my aid, guiding me, encouraging me, and understanding me throughout my AC issues. They resolved the issues professionally and quickly. They optimized my AC performance and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Mike and your team, you guys are great!

Mike and his team are the best in Town. I have an elderly mother and no way we could go without A/C. When I called I explained to Mike my situation and he found a way to get his team over to assist us. The price was definitely fair and reasonable considering the emergency nature and the high quality work the performed. Thanks again to everyone there. Highly Highly recommend.
My dishwasher was not working they gave me the estimate over the phone and booked me between their schedule within 3 hours some day, I called different companies and they can not compare to how fast Mike and his crew fixed my dishwasher. I am now a happy customer with the excellent bi-annual services they offer for your heating and cooling needs. Definitely recommend!
Not the best and definitely not the lowest price, was charged different price than I was told not happy don’t recommend
Mike & Edgar the best. Edgar diagnosed problem right away with our heater. Quick prompt service was provided & reasonably priced. Very reputable business. I highly recommend them.
