The tech came out within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday when the temperature was over 100 F. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he clearly explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He then provided advice on how to better maintain my AC unit to prevent failures in the future, and my AC was up and running less than an hour after initially calling dispatch. Very positive experience, I would recommend Island Air to any of my homeowner friends in Bakersfield and Shafter.

I had called out another heating company and the technician clearly had no idea what he was doing. He basically tried to over charge me for something I didn't even need. So I sent him away. I called island air and was greeted by Crystal. Who was very helpful in getting an apartment set up for the next day. Jeff showed up and diagnosed the issue in no time. He had our heater working properly within an hour. Very kind and knowledgeable in his field. The price was very reasonable didn't try and over charge for the service. Thank you Jeff and Crystal. I will definitely be using island air from here on out. I'll be sure to Recommend your company to all my friends as well
Our A/C went out on a Tuesday night. Wednesday morning, I called Island Air Professionals for help. I called at 8:38 am, and they were able to come to our house and fix our A/C by 9:55 am. I was very impressed with their response time and appreciative they were able to fix our A/C so quickly because it gets hot in Bakersfield, and we have dogs. They were also fairly priced, and law enforcement friendly. I will be keeping their phone number saved in my phone in case we ever need help with our A/C again. Highly recommend Island Air Professionals!

Amazing AC Company & Owner. After A Power Outage At 8am On Labor Day AirCond Died. We Contacted Island Air. Jeffrey Himself Came Out Today Checked The Unit And Diagnosed The Problem & Had The Part On His Truck. 20 Minutes Later Fixed He’s On His Way. It’s Getting Cooler Locally Owned Glad To Recommend This Company We Thank you.

Jeff was on site in less than 30 minutes. He went straight to it and found a bad capacitor. Replaced it immediately and air on in minutes. Outside temperature was 106. He then cleaned out the outside unit. He is very efficient and caring because my daughter and grandkids and wife were home. I highly recommend Jeff. Even in the busiest time of the year with alot of calls. He took care of us. Thanks again!

They are in charge of servicing both my home and our rental. Always reasonably priced and there isn’t a long wait to have them come check the problem. They even went on a Sunday to check the AC for the renter when is was triple digits.
My AC went out and Jeff from Island Air Professionals came out for inspection on the same day. He was able to fix the problem quickly and explained the issue in terms that I was able to understand. I have used a few different AC complanies over the years and Island Air Professionals is by far the best one out there! They treated me like family. Will definitely be using this company for all future AC needs.

Called for a seasonal maintenance for summer service. The Office staff was friendly and professional. An appointment was set Jeff arrived on time and promptly began the maintenance. He also recommended and energy saving product for my AC which will save the life of my compressor and reduces energy consumption (hard start kit). I will definitely recommend to family and friends….Great job!
