This is my second time having a bad experience with this company. They use cheap materials, so you will need them again. When you call again; they charge you for what they did wrong. Don’t use them, there are other companies around the city and for better service and prices.
Tim with Holder's AC is amazing, professional, works fast and is always on time and prompt. Holder's has been so awesome with us. Brylon had lots of work set up with us and it was done at our rental house we're selling. Every time we ask for service they're right on it. We highly recommend them for swamp coolers. They did not work on our wall heater and an a AC window unit also now. Thank you Brylon and Chris. Thanks for everything you've done this week and next week for us. Mark and Doreen Jewell

Holder's installed the AC in my new house. It never worked well. I complained but they claimed they checked it out and everything was ok and that I needed to leave it on all day to keep cool. Got someone else to check and the freon was out. There's a leak from when they installed it that I'm still trying to fix after 4 years.
Holder’s’s technician was very professional and courteous, and explained what he did and what we should do to keep our AC running at its peak performance. I would recommend holders to anyone needing service for their AC/heating unit. Thank you Holder’s.

I feel good knowing my hvac heating was serviced by Holding company, the worker was on time and explained everything we needed to know, thank you.
Christian, their technician, showed up early, and got right to work. The man worked hard, and got the job done promptly, and my heater looked better when he was finished (perhaps the new parts). Best service I've ever had, would recommend him, and therefore Holders, anytime anybody asks me for a HVAC/heating service.
They had quick appointments and were able to resolve the problem right then, without having to make a return trip.
Got up and it was 60 deg in house and heater just blowing cold air . I called as soon as they opened and got scheduled for tech for next day . He showed up a little early and went to work . In short time he had us up and running . The thermostat was not attached to wall secure and he even repaired that . He explained what was happening and what he had done and went on his way . He was very friendly and seemed to know his business. I highly recommend Holerds for any issues you might have with Ac/heating systems.
Brand new machine installed. Grinding heater moto no one can diagnose, fell through my ceiling twice. Hard to get out for servicing...maybe my equipment is the only one...
Terrible customer service. We had a gas leak at our home and subsequently PG&E turned off the gas. We needed our HVAC evaluated as the potential cause of the leak. We called Holders on a Saturday, and explained the situation to their dispatcher, who asked for the situation to be repeated again. She then called back to ask exactly what the situation was. They dispatched an employee to our home on arrival, he notified us that he was not able to evaluate the HVAC system. If the gas was turned off. He then said he did not feel it was appropriate to charge us for service, since he didn’t provide any service. But that it wasn’t his decision to make. He attempted to call the service department manager with no success as it was a Saturday. We paid the $150 service fee, despite the tech not performing any service in our home. When we called holders today, and spoke with Cayla, the service manager, she informed us that the dispatcher didn’t document that the gas was turned off, so they would not refund the $150. Terrible customer service, on top of incompetent employees. Don’t use them for service.
the guy who came to inspect is fantastic! Jorge is thorough and very friendly. However we had to have a small part replaced. We were covered for part and installation BUT they charged us 150.00 for driving to wasco and gas money! Seriously?
Have always had great service from Holders. We will always ask for Eddie (Hectors replacement) as he is very friendly and knows what he is doing. Thanks to all involved there.
