Helpful and educational repair man. Recommended.
Our 3yr old Lennox unit was shutting down during heating and throwing the safety switch. AirTech came out and cleaned the unit and said that the burners were burned out because when it was installed the gas pressure was not adjusted for propane when it was installed by AirTech. We paid $220.49 for that. Unit still shutting off. They ordered burners that were under warranty . Came and installed them and said it was all good now. Another $385.86. Before he left the unit shut off again. He went out and bypassed the safety switch and said that would keep it on and he left.
They did quality work and very well. Nice young men to have at my house. Everything was done in a timely manner. Derrick and his crew did a excellent job. If you were rating them from 1 to 10, I would give them a 12.

The gas valve on our office furnace went out. Mark was professional and friendly- we are open for business and the furnace is unfortunately in the ceiling in the middle of our office. Mark took care of the furnace without disrupting our impacting our customer's experience. Oh dear, I cant say enough good about this technician. He was all the above choices along with the company. Not always a pleasant experience. However, it was as pleasant as it could be from the call into the company to the techs exit.
Mark is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Ran diagnostics on a furnace which needs repaired and performed maintenance on a second unit. Will be back next week for the repair. So far I am glad I made a call to Airtech.

Used for both repair of very VERY old unit until inevitably replacing the whole thing with them. Great people, great service in person and the team that handles the calls and scheduling- highly recommend these guys.
Got hit by lightning the nite before. We have a mini split and he knew what to do .very fast... And got here early before the heat got to bad. 100 today. So this evening the AC WENT OUT AGAIN. BUT GUESS WHAT THEY DONT WORK ON THE WEEKENDS.

We have had a great experience working with AirTech to get our HVAC serviced. Our system was installed with multiple issues when the house was built and airtech has made every effort to fix the system and make sure we are not getting gouged on pricing and paying for additional things we don’t need. Highly recommend

Called to get my HVAC tuned up and had a professional show up in 25 minutes. Amazing and I would call again. It was fixed and inspected in less than 1 hour and was affordable. No hidden costs.
I called AirTech on Friday morning around 11 AM about an issue with the A/C unit. I was told a technician would be out same day to take a look and get our AC unit fixed. I was also told the technician would call me before coming out. Around 3:40, I still hadn’t heard anything from the technician so I called their number back. I was told that I was not on their schedule and they were booked a week out. After explaining the situation they told me a third-party answers their phones and doesn’t have access to their schedule. Overall, a terrible experience. They need to be more responsive and need to train their third-party to give customers the correct information.
