I called and made an appointment for a technician to come out to the house. They gave me a window of 1-3. I waited and no one came. I called the company at 3:10 and they were apologetic. They told me the tech, Devon, got held up on a job and was unable to make it out. Maybe we should have received a call from him explaining the situation, but that didn't happen. Regardless, I rescheduled with them for the next day, my mistake in giving them a second chance, and the tech no showed and no called again. What a waste of our time. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional, and unreliable. Very poor customer service. This company gets 0 stars.

They came said they were going to fix the leak paid he turn cooler back on, still leaking!!!! then I scheduled for someone to come out, No one showed up and then we I called to see why the lady hung up in my Face! um professional and they literally will take your money and not fix nothing!

My HVAC finally bit the dust and needed to be replaced. Devin provided me with a couple different options as well as an optional fix that he could do if I wanted to attempt to get another summer or two out of the unit. I ultimately went with purchasing a new unit and I am very pleased with the choice. The service from Devin as well as the installers was stellar...which was greatly appreciated given the cost of new units these days. After comparing the bid I received from Wildcat with other companies, I decided that Wildcat was the best option and had the greatest value for both service and price. After the unit was installed I ran into some issues with my old EcoBee thermostat. Devin came out and replaced the thermostat ensured that the new system was properly communicating with the thermostat, he spent nearly two hours working through this. I will definitely be using them when the other unit on my home goes out. It's important to note for those who haven't received a bid on new units in the recent past - the cost of systems has increased by at least 30% over the last couple/few years...so when you read reviews regarding prices, keep in mind that there is a sticker shot regardless of the company you go with - especially if your going with a company that uses quality systems like Wildcat.

Not only did the tech change the part without asking or giving a price they charged me 517 dollars to replace my AC capacitor. This part lasted a week as they said it might due to my fan motor. the problem lies in the fact I got the identical part from the local ACE for 25 dollars!!! And it took me, who has never worked on an AC 20 minutes to replace. They also quoted the fan motor repair at just about 1300 dollars, I found the part new for 300 and is about a 20 minute job as well. They did leave us a nice quote for a new AC.. 28 thousand dollars!! Bottom line get a second opinion, because it seems they will rip you off given the chance.

Previous owner paid $4500 for new mini split 1 month before we bought the house. Worked for 9 months with limited use (very limited filters are perfectly clean). Early July it ran out of coolant because brass fittings were loose/small leaks by outside compressor. I the owner had to pay for the new coolant at $350. Feel like if the company policy is to charge for something less than 1 year old with virtually no use or problems caused by the owner find a better company. This should have been free… maybe if it was I would have used them to work on my other main AC units. Devin Johnson however seems like a legit guy but the company needs a policy change. Ever heard of an ac company admitting that the valves were loose post install causing a coolant leak then charging again for coolant 9 months later?

I've been using Wildcat Heating and Cooling for years. They have always come out same day, even when our old a/c broke at night. Devin and all of his techs have been knowledgeable, patient and through. I've been a home owner in AZ for 20 years and dealt with several a/c companies, they are by far the best. When it was time to upgrade, they helped us compare different units and were not pressing us to buy the most expensive. The system we chose decreased our electric bills by $200 each month in the summer and my house stays cooler.

I had the best experience with this company. I called this morning due to my A/C not working properly and I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to see me on the same day since it was so short notice. The lady that answered said no problem that one of the service techs would call me as soon as possible, and soon it was. Devin J. called me and said he’d be there in an hour to hour in a half. I got a call probably less than an hour or hour at most saying he was here. Devin was great! He was a true professional, very knowledgeable and educated me on how things work as he was doing it. Sometimes techs lack customer manner where they just ask what’s wrong, don’t say a word, fix it and give you a bill. But not Devin, even in 100 plus weather (hottest part of day) he gave great customer service while fixing the problem. Just a great experience overall with this company but Devin was just truly the key factor that took this experience to another level. You can tell he loves what he does, just a great employee to represent this company. 5 stars all across! I recommend this company to anyone that needs there A/C fixed.

This was the most amazing experience I have ever Had with an HVAC company. TLDR: Call them now! I initially called them because our AC had gone out. Before calling them I had tested several electrical components voltages and knew something was wrong. (I know just enough about HVAC to make me dangerous) I had replaced some main fuses and was testing some other aspects of the electrical system. but when that didn't work I knew it was time to call the professionals. when I saw their van on their website I knew they must support other local graphic design businesses so I called them. They had sent Devon out, when he got to our house he was the pillar of professionalism, As I was talking to him as he was diagnosing my air conditioning system I learned about his 20 years experience in the HVAC trade and before I knew it he was finished with the repair. Overall we had spend less than half a day with our AC system down. If you are looking for your next AC person. Call Wildcat!

This place was not well organized. I waited for a tech to call from 3pm till 2am. I called several times to get information on a call back. I absolutely got no where. I finally called at 145am and cancelled.: response to wildcat Update: that was the second, third, and forth time I called. The first time was during business hours. I never received a tech call but did receive a call from v wildcat to verify my address at 6pm. And told I'd get another call from the tech within the hour. Called again at 7:15 wondering why I didn't receive the call. They just put another order in. by 2am I called and cancelled.

I don’t typically like to write reviews but I am actually doing this in the hope that it can help others to think twice before choosing this company, especially when it comes to a maintenance service contract. Being a loyal business customer for more than 5 years with the company and when we needed them most they were very unprofessional and unhelpful. Very disappointed in the way they treat their customers, they are either too busy to take care of us or they simply don’t care. They totally lost us as a customer for good.

I would not recommend this company for any service contacts they just don't follow thru on them. I had such a hard time trying to get them out hear to service my ac unit. see I paid for a two years service contact first year was fine the 2nd they just didn't show up they still owe me 2 more services

Walk away. We paid for following maintenance service in advance. They did not show up on their appointment date. We received a message 45 minutes after appointment window confirming our filter size.We emailed our filter size to them days before, called them 3 times the day before the appointment wherein the phone immediately put us on hold each time. We waited on hold each time for 5 minutes then hung up. We sent them an email after they missed the appointment. We called the following Monday and were told by the lady who answered the phone that it was our fault the tech didn't show up because we didn't answer the phone. We were told "too bad" when we asked for a refund. Read the other reviews. This company is a joke and they are thieves. Call any other HVAC company.
