Mark and his team are so knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful. We have worked with them to service our equipment, soundproof a noisy HVAC closet, and deal with a condensation issue. Hard to find this kind of quality service these days! 100% recommend.
Excellent service! I couldn't be more happy with Summit Cooling and Heating. I called right before closing and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Mark, the technician, was patient and thorough. He explained the issues of the AC and ensured all parts were working once again. Summit is my go to for all my cooling and heating services.
Mark and his crew are excellent! A metal duct repair that looked to me like it was going to be a real pain ended up easier than expected. They found a creative way to access the trouble area without having to gut the ceiling. He doesn't try to upsell you for work you don't need. Will use again when needed for HVAC work!
I had an 18-year-old unit, decided to replace it before it was an emergency. I had three companies out, I was shopping for expertise first Price second . Summit cooling was recommended by a friend after I expressed my dissatisfaction with Costco and the other proposals which I had received. Mark came out and his proposal was comprehensive. He spoke to me in layman‘s terms to help me understand options and make an educated decision. The paperwork he left me to go over was very informative. So I hired summit to do the job. These guys are practicing their craft at a high-level. His son Tyler was the lead man on the installation professional and attention to detail. Mark said he would come and service the mini split in my Arizona room when the job was complete no charge . He came to service the mini and pick up his check I had left for him .When I returned home there was a note on the counter with the check . I was being credited with $489 for cash discount. I thought it was already reflected in the balance. I surely would have never known the difference. Definitely five stars .

The Summit team just finished a complete replacement (and re-engineering) of my system (dual compressors, evap, cond, etc.). High quality workmanship, on schedule, on budget, results far better than when the system was originally installed. Team was polite, clean, organized. Highly recommend Summit.
Mark Sunderman, the owner of Summit Cooling & Heating is professional and first class. He engineered and installed a new American Standard HVAC system for our mid-town 2200 sq. ft. home. This new system replaced a 15 yo Carrier unit which was over-sized and getting a bit cranky. Mark took the time to ask questions and find out what type of system we wanted. He educated us when we were unsure of available technology options. Mark thought outside the box and installed a system which is correctly sized for our house (a very important point). The entire system was installed with no 'rough edges'. It has performed flawlessly since May of this year (2014). When a small sensor adjustment was required, Mark responded within a few hours.
