Thank you for taking care of my mother in law's AC system during the hottest days so far and on such short notice. Paul was prompt and honest! There could have been so many things that you could have sold me, but you told me the truth about the problem and even showed me what you found. Honesty is a very rare occurrence in the AC field, thank you!

Wonderful experience. Professional and polite. Fast and efficient, too. New AC/ heat pump system installed. Similar to ductless with a central air handler using our existing ductwork. We have a 12 year warranty because they are a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor. Today is the first day, but so far, we are thrilled.
Our AC went out at the end of May when it was near 100°F. I called Nichols early AM and Phil came out within 3 hours checked out our rooftop unit and replaced a bad motor capacitor. We were back up and running. Super friendly service, we will have them do our maintenance now going forward.
