The AC went out, Temperature Control were able to have their technician on site within 3 hours and resolved the problem within an hour with good recommendations to improve the system. (This was a midsummer call in the middle of a heatwave). Appreciate the service.

The purpose of my review is to shine the spotlight on the owner and employees of Temperature Control, Inc. As a disabled Gulf War veteran, when I receive great service from a company whose employees are dedicated to helping their customers, I am compelled to share my observations. Upon having decided to replace our home’s HVAC units, my wife and I began the process of calling the many air conditioning and heating enterprises in the Tucson area. Based upon our initial impressions of those with whom we spoke at Temperature Control, Inc., we chose this company to replace and service our units. Furthermore, the favorable online reviews we had read about Temperature Control, Inc. validated our decision. Over the course of the past one and a half years, every employee at Temperature Control, Inc. has consistently provided us with exceptional customer service. Those who have far exceeded our expectations are Laura Perin, Alex Wickstrom and Shawn Davis, all of whom are consummate professionals. Laura, Alex and Shawn are members of a team of dedicated employees whose exemplary customer service, initiative, dedication and professionalism have earned our highest regard and gratitude. Moreover, the owner also deserves credit for having chosen excellent individuals and trained them to the highest standards. There are very good heating and air conditioning companies in Tucson, however, my wife and I believe Temperature Control, Inc., which also provides superb electrical and plumbing services, has earned the title of “Best Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical and Plumbing Company.”
Service call on a 20-year old AC unit was within 5 hours when I contacted Temperature Control. Installation was within 2 days. I knew I was on borrowed time and can’t thank Jesus and the team enough for such fast and excellent service!!
The technician (Daniel) was friendly and professional. He found the problem, had the parts in the truck and the a/c was repaired in a short time. Temperature Control, Inc. was one of the few that was available to come out to my home in Avra valley.
Beginning with Teresa, point of contact for HVAC application, to Tonya, who provided plumbing oversight, and the technician’s responsible for install, Edward and Colton, the customer service and installation experience from start to finish, however daunting, is exceptional. If anyone involved was left out please contact me for inclusion, I’d be happy to correct it.
This is an excellent company. I was impressed with their professionalism. The technician, Philip, is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your HVAC needs..
These guys are legit. I love the workers of this company--they're always hard working, polite and very focused. I don't care if they're installing AC units or just giving service. We love them all and appreciate them. They communicate well and do a good job.
Temperature Control is the best. Tony and my other service/repair folks have kept our household AC & furnace unit running as it should with their regular inspections and maintenance . Mechanical appliances do go down once in a while and when we call, they get someone to the house asap. Can't ask for better service!
Lemme tell ya: 2.5 years after buying a house that was gut-rehabbed in 2018, we did NOT plan on replacing one of our A/C units. Our thought? Maybe the company who fixed it for us the 2 previous years just didn't do it right (pro tip: they did not). The bottom line? We were looking at paying to have the leak repaired the 3rd time, replace the line set, or replace the system. Honestly? None of it sounded like a good time. So we got a second...third...fifth opinion. Temperature Control wound up being the last company that came out to take a look. We were referred by a neighbor, and whooooboy. We are SO GLAD we got that referral! Jeremy came out. Quoted us for repairing the leak and gave us a very reasonable bid for replacing the line set. Then my spouse and I asked: What if we got the system we wanted instead of the system we got with the house? So Jeremy came back out. Gave us the bid. And we decided to do it. From first contact to the moment the installers left our home, we were completely taken care of. Every question answered. Never spoken down to. Not once did TempCon dis our current system (which other companies did). So today, we have a brand new dual head mini split system that's brought a level of cool to our home we haven't felt ONCE since the day we bought it. And they did the entire job for less than every big name you hear on the radio. Not by selling us a cheaper system, mind you. We got the SAME system everyone else quoted us AND a two-year service agreement. For less. We'd recommend TempCon to anyone without hesitation. More than we planned on spending this year, but money well-spent and a true investment in our forever home. Thank you Tony, Jeremy and the A+++ installation team!

My technician, Tony Bohard III, gave me valuable instruction, not just information. This is something I had never received from any other other tech, since my unit was installed 2 years ago.
Temp Control installed my ac system, repaired an electrical problem not of their own making, performed twice yearly inspection of the ac. They are professional and friendly and dedicated to doing the job perfectly. The techs texted when they were on their way to my house and were on time. They were clean and neat and cleaned up when done. The office staff was polite friendly and efficient. I will always call Temp Control first when I have any problem in the house.
Philip was great. He came here to work on our wine cellar but also diagnosed and fix a problem with one of our other air conditioners.
I've had great satisfaction with everyone at Temperature Control, from my first contact about a week ago to today, the completion of the job.
Annual maintenance: Tyler did a great job explaining the maintenance of unit, performed a good inspection of all capacitors fans, compressor, switches, and drainage. Cleaned coils outside with cleaning agent and water, recommended maintenance parts and future service options.
So, I bought my home two months ago. On 05/24/23, I heard water running with no reason for it to be running. Everything was off. I gave a call to the home warranty people and they sent out a plumber. The plumber assessed the situation and, after digging, confirmed that the leak was coming from under the slab of my garage - from water meter. My main water line had a leak. His company did not service that kind of work so they referred me to Temperature Control, Inc. I called, spoke with Tanya, and she scheduled someone to be out on 05/25/23. John Mancini showed up on time, observed the situation, gave me feedback and, after me acknowledging/accepting the solution, sent in a call to start the work the next day (Friday 5/26/23). That's when John and their techinician, Reggie Crippin, arrived on time at 0830. They walked me through what they were going to do (this was a reiteration, as John had explained the process the day before). I have NEVER seen such dedication to workmanship/craftsmanship as I have in Reggie Crippin. He was an army of one who took pride in everything he did. He was knowledgeable, kind, respectful, courteous and ABSOLUTELY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING!!!! I will, from 5/26/23 forward, wholeheartedly recommend this company for ANY plumbing needs you may have. Seriously, I don't know how else to back these folks. They, all of them, from office to tech - are superb. I will recommend them again and again. You cannot go wrong hiring these folks. Shoot. In my haste, I forgot to mention Reggie replaced my main water line, showed me how to replace the filter on my tankless water heater AND fixed a toilet - he was done by 1530 on 5/26/23. KUDOS to Reggie!!!!
Changed reverse osmosis filters had leak in line said he could not fix seem to be in a big hurry all he kept asking reaptly how I was going to pay the bill still got leak or have to turn off system lf I ever have to use your services please do not send solomon. Solomon Came back and fixed the problem . John
Shawn showed up early and introduced himself and what he was going to do. He didn’t lolly gag around, but got straight to work. He serviced our Generac generator we purchased three years previously. He discovered water in the oil and a very dirty air filter and oil. He changed them both, and showed me the battery was going bad and positive battery cable was crushed. He didn’t replace either, knowing that I would take care of it and save me another $300+. Shawn did wonderful work and so thankful they come to Benson.
