Was promised a 4 ton 16 SEER 2-stage unit but got a4 ton 14 SEER single-stage unit. Spoke with the owner and he pretty much blamed it on the his sales manager. For everyone out there make sure you get the contract before they start any work on your property. If I could put negative stars on this business I would.
