I recently had a crew from Strongbuilt install a new a/c at my early 70’s home. Chase and crew did an absolutely amazing job with the install. I am beyond pleased with the work they did. Crew leader Chase takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. Every little detail is top notch. Thanks Strongbuilt!
A/C wasn't keeping up and there was hardly any air flow coming out of the registers. I removed the filters to try to improve the airflow but it didn't help. The technician, Richard went up on the roof and came down with pictures of ice on the coils and said the dirty filters reduced the airflow to the point that it wasn't exchanging heat with the coils. He set the thermostat to fan only and said that would melt the ice in about an hour and then it should work fine and said to leave the filters out until I could replace them. Worked just like he said and they only charge me $29 diagnostic fee.
I called and they came very quickly. My ac was doing nothing but blowing hot air. A tech named Kevin came and my ac was back up and running in no time. I am so glad I called. Thanks Kevin for your quick response and efficient work.
We called StrongBuilt on 6/28/23 with a kitchen drain problem. Office scheduled for same day. Colton Hayes comes out talks to us, goes to truck, comes back says snake is broken and he can't fix drain backup. He promises to come back first thing in morning. Doesn't show or call. We call two more times. Office gal says we aren't on schedule but she will put us on 6/29 schedule. We wait some more. Different guy (Chase Giles) finally shows up late in afternoon and seriously works on snaking out drain line and trys very hard to patch up the damaged relationship between StrongBuilt and we the customers. Kudos to Chase Giles. He works hard and finishes the job. The first guy (Colton Hayes) and Dispatch not so much. We don't expect you to work miracles but we do expect you to honor your word and either show up when you say you will or call and say you can't make it. We won't call StrongBuilt again unless you can remediate your customer service issues. Larry & Denise Kollert.
Bought a new AC united furnace 3 years ago. All repairs under warrant have been honored without question, outstanding service from every tech we've seen.
Blew a capacitor on our AC unit, Friday night, going into a holiday weekend. Weather expecting plenty of glorious heat. Strong Built sent TJ out with only a short delay. He was energetic, polite and skilled. He diagnosed the issue, replaced the part in minutes. What impressed me more was when he noticed something loose, and took the time to set it right. Something outside the job, above and beyond - simply great work ethic. Will recommend without reservations.
Called 3 times. The young voice seemed confused when I asked for their advertised AC system inspection. She kept putting on me on long periods of hold and trying to connect me with the sales department. Each time the phone was disconnected or hung up. Each time I would call back and ask for the inspection and she would again put me on hold for the sales department. Heck of a way to run a business... I went elsewhere.
Strongbuilt came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. They were very professional and nice, while explaining everything along the way. They will be my go-to company for any further problems.
We had AC issues and the came out and made a diagnoses. Reggie was honest and knowledgeable.
It was ok ac machine woukd not turn off for 24 hours bills bills bills 😆 so they cane out next day and fixed it yeah. But over all is was good !

You Guys hit a grand slam with your service. As expected , my A/C unit failed on the hottest day of the year so far. After a brief call , you sent out a tech. ASAP and he was on time ,professional ,courteous and informative of my options concerning repairs or replacement. Very open and visually showed me the problem and alternatives. I decided on replacing the entire 20 yr. old system rather than repairs. The following morning a crew showed up on time and fully prepared to get the job done. I was taken aback with the exceptional level of pride in their craft and professionalism as I watched them work as a highly skilled team.Mike S. & David M. worked flawlessly as one well orchestrated unit. They worked efficiently and non stop until the job was complete. I was particularly impressed with their attention to high quality workmanship and coordination of tasks, never missing a beat. As a company in this competitive industry, you can be proud to have employees like these men. They are the ones that make or break a business. As a final summary, I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors. I would say that this job was a great investment in peace of mind and a cool home. We received a coupon in the mail for a $29.99 check up for our unit. We called and scheduled to have a technician come out. Reggie Phillips came out and did a thorough inspection, complete with pictures for us to view. He recommended that we replace the kick start and explained that if it were to go, we would most likely be looking at replacing the whole the unit. Again, he showed us pictures of this part that was hooked up to a meter that showed the part had reached it's life cycle. We scheduled to have Reggie come out and replace the part. Reggie did a fantastic job at explaining everything. He is quite knowledgeable about the workings of our unit. I did not feel that he pressured us in any way, his concern was helping us to make our unit last as long as we can. I highly recommend this company.
RJ did a great job getting our slow draining kitchen sink working correctly again. He also did a flush on our hot water heater. Very competent, very nice guy. We will call Strongbuilt again for any of our plumbing needs and ask for RJ specifically! Thanks!
I got a mini split system heating and cooling for my house. 5 stars because it was professional and at the same time cool and privy. Wasn’t bothersome at all, they worked hard through the whole thing, and they weren’t late. I will probably use them again for plumbing services.
Really appreciate the staff and professionalism of the staff. I have worked with Sam before and he provided the same exceptional service. He offered advice on needed work and products. Polite and timely. The other reason I like Strongbuilt is that they have fair pricing and is Veteran owned. Thank you to the entire team!
We are very thankful for their excellent service. The technician Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a thorough job checking the condition of the AC units and gave us a lot of good information on other helpful products and services. We are glad that we chose StrongBuilt and will be using them again soon for future home maintenance and improvements.
