Lied. Failed to show. Held me up all day. Loss of my time reasons
I used them to install a new ac system and duckt work on my home. They did a fantastic job, Scotts son was who I was working with and he is on his way to being just as awesome as his dad!

Called for inspection on unit damaged by hail 7/16 fins damaged and need replaced. Unit working so all that was needed was a 10 minute call to confirm what I already knew Fins had been replaced by Scott two years ago so they had all the info. Numerous phone calls after 4 weeks still no response . Same excuse every time “we have to do emergencies first but you’re on are list” I even said if you’re too busy just tell me. NOTHING happened Would expect at least a phone call👎👎
Had my new heating and cooling rooftop unit installed in 2018. The girl that answers the phone always knows who I am and she makes me feel as though I am their number one customer.
I have been doing business with Scott and his company since 2018. They have installed 11 systems for us so far and I will continue to use them for all of our heating and cooling needs. Bobbie has always been very friendly and enjoyable to work with. Hunter has been an absolute tremendous addition to the team. His professionalism and ability to efficiently schedule repair and warranty work in a timely manner is very much appreciated. In one of our jobs the actual work preformed was not as scoped, however Scott and I were able to work together to come to a satisfactory agreement and I will continue to recommend them to others.
Estimate done on Tuesday, almost half the price of others in the area, New HVAC/Heat Pump installed on roof on Friday!! Crew was super fast, efficient and competent. 100!% happy customer here. Have and will continue to recommend to others.
I was pleased when they installed two A/C units for us, but now they're not interested in doing their job. I have called twice to have someone come look at the one unit. Talked to the owner, Scott on a Saturday. He said he would call on Monday, then come look at the unit. He didn't call so I called his office. The girl in the office acts like she doesn't care, so I don't even know if the owner gets his messages and seems rude. It has been almost a month, still a no show and I don't want to call the office and talk to that rude girl, plus I shouldn't have to.
Can not say enough about the excellent service we received in replacing our heat/air conditioning units. Everything was top notch from the office to the the installers. This was an attic replacement and was done in June 14-16 during record heat. Quality equipment at affordable prices.

The price was right and the installation went smoothly. The installers were professional and friendly. The air conditioner runs quietly. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.
When we decided to add air conditioning after living with an evaporative cooler for 25 years, I realized I needed to get a minimum of three estimates, as I am pretty ignorant in this field. After receiving two estimates, and gaining a lot of information, my neighbor suggested I try Scott Guerin. I was thrilled with the estimate, as it was half of the other two, and I was impressed with the salesman (Hunter), the additional warranties they offer, and the military discount we received. I scheduled the installation, and was once again impressed with the courtesy, efficiency, and competency of the crew who installed it, especially David and Jesus. I absolutely will recommend this company. Thanks for a great job!
We got 6 quotes before selecting Scott Guerin to replace our 26 yr old ac/furnace. They install Day & Night products and their prices are excellent. The installation by Marcos & Dave took less than a day. They were very friendly, answered our questions and left our garage as clean as when they arrived. We highly recommend that you get multiple quotes before selecting a contractor. Only then can you appreciate Scott Guerin's quality, price and service!

The most thorough AC service I’ve had since I bought my condo AND the first company that didn’t tell me I had something wrong and try to sell a repair. I will call them again for another routine service and when I buy a new one I will definitely buy it from them!
Dealing with Scott and his company was a very pleasant experience. Their pricing was much lower than the competition and the install was flawless. Scott came to my house and explained all the options. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. David and Margo did the actual install. They were friendly, on time and professional. The completed job looks and works well. I went with the two stage compressor model with the variable speed fan. It is so quiet that we can't tell when it is running. Give Scott and his company a try. You won't be disappointed.
Great service! We had several mini splits and our main AZ installed over a course of 5 years ~ Scott is a no nonsense guy with tons of knowledge his crew Dave, Jesse and Jesus always do such a great job they are friendly, professional and tidy! We highly recommend.
Got a bill from them for services that I respectfully questioned with the owner Scott. His response was unfounded, inaccurate, rude, and insulting. The work they originally performed for me was mediocre and I had to redo the plumbing on the ac drains as they constantly backed up and plugged because they didnt have enough drop. I would not trust this company to perform the task that they are hired to do.
Jesus was incredibly helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated that he was respectful of social distancing guidelines :)
