Hallelujah! Quinton came 10 minutes early and fixed our air conditioning today. We are so thankful to him and to Tony for taking care of this problem. They also gave us a 1000 dollars off the bill. We are grateful to once again be comfortable. Thanks again

On Wednesday 6/28/2023 my 93 year old mother’s AC went out. A repair man came out on Thursday and said her compressor was broken. He would call the office and have someone call us back with pricing and availability. SAYCO called back with pricing but no availability. After a number of calls back and forth we were told that they would be here Friday at noon. After more calls back and forth we were told that they would be here Monday because of complications doing an installation. We called early Monday morning to make sure we were on the list. We were told we’d get a call back. It’s now 10am on Monday and we have no communication with sayco. Needless to say it has been rough on my mom. She was expecting better service after being a loyal customer for 12 years.

We had a person come out to do an estimate and we called 4 times to get the estimate and no one ever called us back. They just Mt kept saying we have the technician your message but no reply. They came out a few months ago. Really disappointed.

I called Sayco for an estimate on a new AC/Heating unit because I was told by another AC company/vendor that I needed a whole unit. Tony from Sayco came out and advised that , that was not case. Just a few minor maintenance was all that was needed. Tony and the technicians that came out did a phenomenal job and very professional. Very happy I chose Sayco!

Made an appointment to service a broken AC unit. No one came. No one called. I tried to reach someone by phone between 2 and 4:30. Despite the posted business hours being 7:30-4:30 no one answered. No emergency number available. I won’t call them again.

I needed to replace an old AC unit a few months back, and after calling around to a number of local companies, SAYCO came in nearly half the price of what others were offering. I was initially skeptical, but after doing some research, it was a good unit and I asked Tony why he was so much cheaper (in hindsight, I should ask the others why they are so expensive, but I digress). He said it was because SAYCO doesn't spend as much on advertising and relies more on word of mouth. The company checked out okay and I went with them for my new unit. This was early summer, just when the temps were beginning to rise, and our old AC unit wasn't pumping out cool air. Despite needing 2-3 weeks out to install the new unit, Tony's team spent a day working to get the old unit so, at the very least, could give us some cool air. They even returned the following day to fit a custom motor onto the unit. Needless to say, I was very impressed and doubt that many other companies would go above and beyond this service. Installation came and went without a hitch, and we are happy with the new unit. When choosing a local company for a new AC unit, be sure to check out SAYCO. You'll be saving a heck of a lot of money, and the service is top-notch.

Call twice last year never got a call back. Sent request throughTPE site as Sayco was on their list never got a response. Sent a request for an estimate through Sayco site two weeks ago, got confirmation it was received but have never heard back. Previous owner of our house had a furnace and air conditioner installed some years back. He always used Sayco for yearly check up. Thought it would be good to use them again as they knew all the history. I guess they don't care about customer satisfaction. Will never try to use them again. You have me confused with someone else. I Never spoke to you. I don't need a new system. You put a whole new system in 9 years ago. You still never addressed the fact that you never returned multiple messages or emails.

They came out promptly and gave me both repair and replacement costs on the 12 year old AC 5 ton unit. Their bid for a Carrier AC stage 2 unit was very fair and reasonable. Jeff and Noe installed and did a very professional job. It was 100 degrees and they worked all afternoon in the heat. The crane company they used to get my unit on the roof did an excellent job without damaging anything in the process. My house AC was down for a week and it feels like heaven to have the AC with a humidifier to help in this dry desert area. I would not hesitate to use them again!

SAYCO Heating & Air Conditioning is the place to do business with if you need a new unit or service! They are professional, efficient, honest and friendly. To that I will add dedicated to excellence! After 24 years with an old heating and air conditioning unit, it came time to replace the old one. I called several companies at the suggestion of friends and had my quotes ready to study. I chose SAYCO because Tony took the time (more than a little) to explain the differences in units and what I'd be getting for my money. His knowledge and expertise are very important to me as a customer. My new unit is now several months old and my home has never been this warm in the winter. I already had the a/c tested and it is very cold. SAYCO was able to be very competitive with their price and the installation crew was great. Kevin was available for questions after the installation and made sure I understood the changes in my new unit. After they were finished, nobody would know they were ever here. My house was left as it was before they arrived. They have the entire process down to a science! I highly recommend this company. Thank you SAYCO Team!

We recently had to replace a failed heat pump system in our home and called several contractors for an estimate. From the first call we found Tony at SAYCO to be personable and informative yet without high pressure. He provided an estimate on several system options which we found to be very reasonable in comparison to others we received and since SAYCO participates in the TEP rebate program that was an added benefit. They were able to schedule our install within a short time frame which we appreciated since our current system was nonfunctional. Our installer, Kevin, did a thorough job of installing and explaining the new system for us and Tony followed up the next day with a visit to balance the system in our home. I would definitely recommend giving SAYCO a call if you are in need of an HVAC contractor.

3rd time in 3 years our technician did not show up for our scheduled service. No phone call - nothing. When he finally arrived after we had to call back for the 3rd time he showed up and he ‘fixed’ the problem. We had a condensation leak and we knew that from past experience. When my husband asked if he needed to get access to the pump he refused saying he had fixed it. Less than 24 hours later and there is leaking water everywhere. We have tolerated these people for 20years and I am DONE. User beware

Before I offer the contractor the opportunity to put a bid in on a project. I am going to be building I like to stop by in person and kindly ask to use the restroom. You'd being surprised to learn the true colors of people. I wouldn't recommend them to take out my trash.
