Didn't return my call for 4 days.
Gary and his staff are quick to solve my HVAC needs. Carrier equipment stands up and good installation is key. Tell them I recommended their outfit. Been in business a long time. That says alot right there

The woman that answered the phone is rude and shouldn't work phones. She hung up when things don't go her way. DON'T USE

The most courteous and professional company I've worked with. We appreciate the caring response when we call, and Gary always shows up ready to check out our heat pump, change filters and make sure all is good. I highly recommend this company. Honest and professional!
WOW!! This is THE place to go for any heating/cooling issues! Gary came out and replaced a failed part and said it may be time to consider replacing the unit…22+ years old! He showed and explained my options to me. I chose the unit and today it’s all installed. Courteous & professional all the way. Nancy kept me informed of the schedule. Everything went without a hitch! Having a maintenance contract with them now will insure there my unit stays in top shape. Thanks to Gary & his crew !! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our A/C went out late on a Saturday night. We called S & S Air Conditioning & Heating and they sent someone out within 45 minutes. Our repair was done quickly and professionally. We are so grateful they had a tech (Richard) that night. He did an awesome job. Would highly recommend S & S.
Gary and his team were very quick to respond and arrived within 30 minutes of calling them to report an issue with the A/C in one of my rental homes. They were able to repair the problem quickly and for a very fair price. My renter is very happy and so am I!
Gary showed up before the 7am apt and had my A/C working within 30. Just charged the standard fee. I was happy.
Have been doing business with S&S Air Conditioning for a couple of years and decided it was time to write a review. This family owned business provides exceptional service, from the time you schedule the appointment to the work being completed. Everyone cares about your comfort, especially in the summer. Gary explains everything very clearly, so it's easy to understand what is happening with your a/c unit. I highly recommend S&S Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs!
Awesome service when our air conditioning wouldn't shut off on a Friday afternoon, and the inside temperature was 62. They came right out to help us fix the issue. They are great
Our AC went out at 4pm on a Saturday, what a nightmare, house temp rose fast. They came out within 30 mins and fixed my problem in no time. Happy wife + happy kids + happy dog = happy dad. Very courteous, professional, reasonable price, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend!
More than once S & S has saved the day for me and the lovely Senior I cared for. Gary and his crew cleared a hole in their schedule to make an emergency service call to get her unit up & running again even though it was quitting time. It was amazing to hear them say " Hey, We have seniors in our family and it's important that they don't overheat~ We'll be right there!" And they were. Past usual business hours. ( The unit had broken a blade & was rendered useless). We moved her to the other end of the house for the night (with a working unit)(She had to sleep in her Lazy Boy) In a blink of an eye her new A/C was cooling her bedroom & she was cool, comfortable, and SAFE from heat induced stress. On another occasion there was a drain line problem, caused by another company -who sold "homeowner service contracts" taking advantage of widowed old ladies. Same story~ S & S to the rescue. Not only did they unscrew the screwed up mess those Monkeys jury rigged, the S & S crew investigated & completely re-plumbed the line & sump. But wait, there's more!! While the boys were on the roof they saw issues that needed to be repaired and saved my gal from having an inevitable, MAJOR roof leak. Five stars X 10
