Our A/C broke down today in mid summer here in Arizona of all days! Thank goodness I don’t have to wait that long. Ramon the 👨🔧 showed up right away and he is very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. Been a Rite Way customer for years.
I've been dealing with AC issues as of late. My air was not cooling my home, and inside was 85-88° inside! Called Rite Way to assist me and assess my situation. Spent the day patiently waiting because I understand they have a busy schedule. The technician came and assessed my coils needed to be cleaned and that nothing was wrong with my system. Didn't make sense because underneath my manufactured home was cooler than my home. The technician went underneath and claimed nothing was wrong. I paid $100 and ended up going underneath myself and found my flex duct was completely disconnected and damaged. I'm no Technician, but you will see in the pictures of what I pulled out. The service they offered me was for over $500 to clean my coils. What would that have helped if my duct problem was damaged and disconnected? There's room for improvement, and I understand we overlook things, but this review is based on the experience I had. I waited to write this review because I was told I'd be called to have my situation taken care of. That never happened. I ended up fixing my own issue that cost me $114. My AC is now working, and my house is cooler. I wouldn't recommend using their service based on my experience. Staff and everyone seems great and professional. Wish this could've been a 5 star review. Definitely not satisfied and will never use their services.
The company is very organized and everyone is polite and pleasant. Eric took the time to explain the problem and solution to me and he was very patient because he had to wait around for an hour while we traveled to the house. Rose Jones
I called Rite Way when my air conditioner didn't work. I had seen their trucks in my area and media advertising. I checked out the website and liked what I saw. Rite Way did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the details of my appointment thru email and text. Chris Munoz, the tech that came to my house, was the best! My situation was more of a challenge I believe, but Chris was very thorough in his investigation. Chris constantly explained every detail of what he was doing and what was going on. At the end of his diagnosis he reviewed the issues and offered alternatives in great detail. Chris and the Rite Way team have been the best in service from start to finish that I have ever had. I am looking forward to working with them. Also my dog liked Chris! Call Rite Way! You will be glad you did!
Due to coordinating schedules with TEP, we had to wait a bit for the work to be done. However, I felt that every one I interacted with at the office was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The answering service sounded good, but apparently messages did not get passed along in a timely manner. Tom Boscia was great and I trusted his judgment. Monty was also great AND spoke my language. (life experience, LOL) I would be pleased to see either of them if I need electrical work in the future. Thank you!
This company was great to work with - we were being ghosted by our prior electric company, and did not realize Rite Way did electric work, and they did a fantastic job. We needed some canless lights installed and they did the job quickly and professionally. I really appreciated how responsive and communicative they were about everything. Even getting the quote was extremely fast and transparent. Oh, and they patched the drywall! Our old electric company just left gaping holes in the walls and ceilings, so this was really nice. I hope to work with Rite Way on the rest of the lighting work we need to do throughout the house.
Great experience, our technician Ron was courteous and thorough. All options for repair were explained clearly, work was done as explained, area cleaned, and everything went very smooth. Would highly recommend Rite Way and Ron!
Encouraged my daughter to schedule with Rite Way and the person went out and gave her astronomical pricesto just get her ac going but really pushed for a new until. Had an independent ac person come out the next day and fix it in less then an hour for 1/7 of the price and tell her the unit is fine and left her a few things she can think about to keep it going strong not even in the ball park of what Rite Way proposed. Shocking when the reviews are all so glowing .
I called and said the AC wasn't cooling as well as it should and tried to schedule a maintenance. The woman on line said that she could just schedule a repair for the next day rather than a maintenance that I would have to wait like a week for. She told me it would be like the same and they would maintenance it if that was a problem. The next day they come and look around and come to the conclusion that there are just minor problems and components are dirty. I am charged 89$ and he leaves. Keep in mind I was aware that the AC wasn't too bad and figured it just needed a maintenance which I tried to schedule. I was charged 89$ for a diagnosis that I needed a maintenance when I was told that's what I would be getting.
Mylan Johnson was super helpful and professional. He could speak to the problem we were having with intelligence & experience, making me feel confident in the service provided. This is the second time we’ve called Rite Way and I’ll definitely continue to do so in the future - from speaking to Grace in the office/dispatch to having the technician onsite, everyone involved is super friendly & very helpful.
This business has helped with our plumbing problems in our 1950s house so much. They replaced our water heater several years ago, our a/c unit about the same time, and helped us with 2 huge outside leaks this year. Today Luis was especially helpful since our outside water was going haywire. He was on site as soon as he could and replaced the faulty faucet with one that is much more disability friendly as well. Highly recommend.
Luis Barbosa was the technician on this call and he took care of all the items without delay once he arrived. He made sure everything was left in working order. Luis is a very pleasant person and communicates very well!! He has done a couple of jobs for me and I could not be more satisfied!!!! Thank you, Luis!!!
Ron Miles was an outstanding technician, very professional, friendly and helpful. He worked on my unit and was able to get it running again. After completing the job he explained 3 options that are available for my ac unit and then called to set up a follow-up appointment.
I had my bi-annual maintenance completed with Daniel Ramirez. He was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He made sure the unit was functioning properly and that I had no questions/concerns.
Nathan came to our home to inspect issues that we were having with our Air Conditioner on one of the hotter days of the year. He completed a thorough inspection inside and outside, including going up into our attic. He presented us with options for repairing the unit, explaining each option thoroughly. He was very pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Rite Way and will call them for all our AC and heating needs. A+++
Jacob Force was fantastic! He showed up on time, was very professional and very thorough in diagnosing the issue with my AC unit. I was worried it was going to be an expensive repair and he showed me what was wrong very quickly. He made the repair right away and also did a thorough evaluation of the entire system. He pointed out a couple of things that could be a problem down the road. I really appreciated that. Thanks Jacob!!
Pedro was great! We have an older home that needs some plumbing upgrades and he took the time to thoroughly go over everything as well as advise on multiple options. I also added a few things to my list to have him look at and he was more than happy to accommodate. I look forward to having him complete the work because I am confident he will do a great job. I wanted to leave another 5 star review for Monte. We hired him to fix a laundry list of issues with our electrical. I don’t even know where to start. He went above and beyond at every turn and truly feels like someone that cares about your safety. He feels like someone I’ve known for awhile and that treats you and your home with care and respect. He is extremely knowledgeable, and more than willing to explain things or discuss what’s going on. I truly cannot say enough great things about him. There is absolutely nobody else I will work with. Nathen showed up as scheduled and did a fast assessment of our equipment. He got the troubled unit up and running, following up with an in-depth review of my system readings and normal operating boundaries. While slightly out of the normal limits, and not caused by the needed repair, we agreed to continue running the unit as it has been. No pressure for additional work but good to have the information for the future. Great company!
I would highly recommend Rite Way H.C. because of the outstanding job they did installing our new AC. Project Manager Ladislao was always prompt, professional and very knowledgable. The crew; Emanuel, Jose, Jacob and Dillon were all hard-working and very detail oriented from start to finish. Very professional and helped us with any questions we had. Helped us to connect our thermostat to wifi. Very nice gentleman. Alex Banales came to do an inspection of our new unit after 6 months. He was very thorough, explained everything. I was very pleased.
