Parker and Sons sent their A/C technician out to do an annual maintenance inspection and it was determined that my copper cooling coil thingie had a small leak which was a big deal! Johnny, the technician shared pictures and even a video of the problem since the unit is on the roof. What to do? A very expensive repair indeed especially for a 13 year old unit. The cost to replace it wasn’t going to work for our budget. Johnny was very patient with me and my questions and in the end we went with repairing the unit. The job was done the next business day because they fortunately had the needed parts. The job was completed in the first week of May so we didn’t really need the a/c because we also have an evaporative cooling system as well. Suddenly it got hot this year!! The work performed by P&S’s technician (Johnny) has made our A/C perform fabulously to date. That expensive repair has been worth every dollar. I don’t think this repair was going to be done cheaper or more expertly by another company. The front office communicated timely and having Johnny do the repairs and effectively communicating the issues and possible solutions was fabulous. Very good experience. Outstanding customer service from Ruben and his partner. They worked non stop to replace myHVAC unit. Ruben answered all of my questions quickly and was very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain how to work the thermostat and explained about the filter and the procedure that took place when they removed the cooler from my roof. Ruben has good enunciation, so it was a pleasure and a relief to be able to understand what he was saying when we were talking. He took his time to talk to me. A++ for Ruben and his partner.
Our experience with the technicians who came to install the new AC was exceptional. They were very kind and deligent . Christian and Heran ( I am not sure of the spelling) were such gentlemen. We are completely satisfied and pleased
Elton Cross did an excellent job! Very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repairs and offered helpful suggestions about next steps. He is the best plumber that we’ve had in the house in years.
Elton came out and did a fantastic job. You cannot even tell that I had my supply line replaced. My landscaping looks just like it did before and best the part is no more leak.
Online appt for the next day worked perfectly. Received a text 30 min before arrival. Excellent listener and problem solver. Friendly and professional. Ivan offered good advice and solved my problems! (Not cheap). Licensed and bonded. I made additional appt on the spot of their AC and water heater maintenance.
Prompt, thorough and affordable. Raymond, our tech was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Although not our first interaction with HVAC service companies, it is the first time we were impressed enough to buy the service plan.

Was here on vacation from Michigan when we noticed the leak at my grandma’s house. Called and got an appt for the next day. Other than the technician being outside of the appointment window by a few hours he diagnosed the issue quickly, got parts and had it fixed. Overall very happy with this company. Thank you!
These guys were awesome!!! Alex was prompt, professional, and wonderful. Helped me to save a little money on my estimate by removing items i did not need and helped me find the most efficient way to complete the service!

This is my first time using this company so I cannot comment on the quality of the parts until they've been in there longer than an hour. But the two gentlemen that came by and did the work were very nice very polite and seemed also very knowledgeable they did quick and good work cleaned up after themselves which is hard to find people to do that and so all in all this was a very good great experience. The reason they only got a four is because nobody is perfect not even me so they did not get five stars and there was no way I could put in a half a star cuz that's not an option so they were very close to perfect I will definitely continue to use this service from these people thank you. Raymond was great. Answered all my questions. Installed a new part that was about to fail and also cleaned the unit.
Came within a day of issue, fully transparent on replacement cost and had me up a running in just an hour.
Michael was our service man today and before he arrived, he called 20 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way! Once he was here he took a look at the issue and informed me of the options I could make for the situation at hand. I chose to have him help with my sink with snaking it and also installing new pipes, he was fast, efficient and so nice that it made the first experience exactly what I wanted! Thank you Michael for your hard work, your kindness and all the information you gave us! We look forward to continuing to work with Parker & sons!
Quick response, next day appointment with heads up text of arrival and on time. Alec was competent, friendly and gave me great options. Work was finished same day and I have not only electrical engineering degrees but worked as a technician myself at one point, and the form and function exceeded expectations. I am now a Parker & Sons loyal customer!

I have never used this company before. I had a ceiling fan installed, but it would not work. I had ordered another ceiling fan to replace it. Alex saw that the Wires were not connected properly and connected them so it would work. He took a light out and put the other ceiling fan up for me. It was great working with Alex and Rick. They did an excellent job, Even cleaned up what little mess there was! I would highly recommend them.
