Tyler was very detailed with the information about our AC and professional and friendly.
Best quote I got. New HVAC and furnace. Sent contract as I requested. Arrived on time. Did the job efficiently and cleaned up after so you won't have known they were here. Explained all the equipment properly and gave great service. Am recommending to everyone. You don't often find a company with so much integrity and great service. Thankyou so much

Update: 5/10/23 Had my a/c serviced by another company. Was told that they did not install a key component that is required by code. 4/2021 had this company install a new a/c unit. Install crew put the frame for the attic access back on with bolts. They left it full of nasty black handprints and the caulking looks like a kindergartener put it on. Was all over the floor. 3 days later, i woke up to water coming through my ceiling. Technician came out and told me the drains were clogged. I asked why that wasnt checked or addressed when they installed the unit and he said that their install crew doesnt check the drain lines. They would not pay to repair the damaged drywall on my ceiling. The "office staff" emailed my warranty as a screenshot from a phone in a poorly lit room. It's unreadable. I asked for her to email a pdf of it more than once. Never got it. You get what you pay for.

They showed up on time, had everything they needed, installed the new LG mini split, took the old unit away and charged exactly what they quoted. I could not be happier. I love the new unit.
When i say great service i mean it, me and my husband just bought our first home and wow is all i can say Tyler is a great guy and the owner is fabulous came out and fixed my A/C and heater i highly recommend this company. AAAA++++ IN MY BOOK
Service technicians arrive on time, are professional and honest and I appreciate their honesty.
Every time I need help with my Mini Split system, they come to the rescue. They never try to do more work than necessary and charge a very fair rate. I’ve had plenty of issues with people not showing up or not willing to come to my location, but they never have any problems. If they say they are coming, you can count on it. Edit: 3 years later, same story. So thankful we found a good company to work with here.

I called so many HVAC places who quoted me ridiculously high prices for repair and replacement of my furnace. I just thought that's how much it cost. And then Mechanical Forced Air came out and their quotes were for less than 1/4 of the cost and they advised me to choose the cheapest option (repair) instead of replacement...zero upselling. They came out, repaired the furnace (within a week), put in extra duct work I asked for, cleaned up everything...everyone was super nice, knowledgable and respectful. I can't recommend this company enough.
He inspected the system for my home warranty. He saved me from spending thousands for a new unit when the unit I have is in good operating condition.

Carl, one of the owners is very knowledgeable and professional. Justin was a good installer. I had previously only met Tyler because he does the service on all of my units. (Airbnb's) He's great and knowledgeable also. I also believe they are very fair.

We’ve worked with Mechanical Forced Air for replacement and repair and they are excellent. Tyler is friendly and does great work. They always arrive on time, even with short notice service calls. Highly recommend!
