Our technician Michael was very knowledgeable and kind. He was thorough and got our unit back up and running very quickly.
We installed an Intelligent Design HVAC last year, and are very happy with its performance so far - but earlier this week we experienced difficulty adjusting the settings. Amber took my husband’s late night call, soothed our concerns, and scheduled a visit for the next morning. The technician who subsequently came by, Jonathan, was knowledgeable and patient with us in explaining the system, and left us feeling capable of adjusting the settings ourselves moving forward. Gratitude to the Intelligent Design Team!
BEST PEOPLE AND SERVICE. Joshua arrived in less than an hour to locate and do temporary fix of a water line burst in main bathroom. Then Ryan also arrived shortly after to do permanent repair. Joshua called Quick Restore who immediately began restoration of the damaged area Took me only ONE CALL and my plumbing was repaired and restoration was underway in no time. Servicrmen were so professional, I couldn’t be more pleased.

Thank you Jacob Jameson at Intelligent Design! I have a better sense of comfort knowing that when my 12 year old electric hot water heater fails, we will be in good hands with the removal of the old one and the installation of the new upgraded hot water heater.
Josh provided great advice, but in the end we went with another quality contractor.
Our AC stopped working the day before the July 4th holiday. Jonathan J came to the house within 20 minutes of our call (he was in the neighborhood) and identified the problem quickly. He had to follow up on another call, but returned after this was finished and was able to fix our AC. He was pleasant and professional throughout. Many thanks to Intelligent Design and Jonathan!
I had scheduled an appt. and was waiting for a rep to show up only to unfortunately find out somehow I had been bumped off the list and upon Calling customer service the lady was very polite and helpful. She thankfully was able to squeeze me in for that same evening as an emergency because my unit had not been working efficiently. A repair man arrived a couple hours later to my house, with also having received a text with a picture to provide further assurance this is someone from the company and not a stranger. The service fee and simple repair brought about a higher than expected cost, however the service provided was worth it. The repair man worked quietly and quickly and answered a couple questions with ease. Providing payment through their tablet was convenient and overall this company seems reliable. I very much appreciated the fact that they had some employees working the after hours service to benefit their customers during this high demand season and even though I had a scheduled appt. at a normal time, they were able to quickly resolve all issues and provide me the same day service successfully. This company operates effectively as professionals equipped with Staff offering great customer service skills and it shows. I will be using them for services needed in the future.
jordan was the best. real pro. on point . on time. knew what he was doing... I upgraded my service with them to diamond!! HVAC and plumbing!

Did a very thorough job cleaning my air vents and made sure to clean up after themselves too. I will definitely be using them again when it's time to clean my air vents.
My AC died at 5:00 on a Friday before a projected heatwave. I called and Terry was there within 2 hours! He was SO sweet, patient and understanding! He explained everything in a professional manner and it was fixed in 45 minutes!!! I am SOOOOOO thankful for ID and that they hire trustworthy professionals like Terry!!!
Tyler and his assistant did a quick thorough job on checking the electrical system of the house. Great job.
Intelligent Design got me in on a same day basis. They worked late into the night, to assure my AC was working again.
All the ducks in my house are now clean for the next four years or more and I appreciate them being on time they were very professional and they did an excellent job

I noticed my 13 year old water heater was leaking at 8pm two nights ago. I had to drain it to stop the leak which meant my family would be out of hot water for as long it would take to get it fixed. I called Intelligent Design after an online search showed they had rapid emergency services. I called at 6:30am and reached Sonya. She was extremely professional and courteous and efficient. I immediately got a text confirming that someone would coming by. Then I got a phone call from someone also confirming. Soon, i got a text with Joshua’s picture saying he’d be coming over promptly. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He immediately recognized a major installation error in my broken water heater, which caused an internal leak and had slowly corroded the insides away for the last 13 years. He explained my options in terms I could understand and kindly answered all my questions. He went over all the pricing as well. And we reviewed options for water softener systems after I asked if we could discuss those. He did the chemical tests on my tap water and was very knowledgeable. Then he got my new water heater delivered and installed in a matter of a few hours. He worked quickly and went above and beyond, even though it was very hot in my garage. We had hot water so much sooner than I thought we would. I highly recommend Intelligent Design. If you happen to get Joshua as the one who comes to your house, trust me, you will be delighted. He is awesome and I hope he’s the one who always comes to my house in the future whenever I need help with my HVAC and/or plumbing. Five stars for sure!
Terry arrived near the end of a very long workday during a heat wave. He quickly diagnosed our problem and completed the repair. Great service!
