James B. And Shane were wonderful! They were so friendly and helpful, and they both offered explanations of our assessment in terms I understood. They took pictures and offered us quotes, allowing us to choose what we want serviced in our follow up visit. They treated my family and dogs as though they've known us for awhile, and provided my kids and dogs with toys! Wow, very impressive. Thank you so, so much.
Julian was on time as promised, he was professional… put booties on before entering the home and he did what he needed to do to inspect for the quote. He then sent some estimates for me so I could decide what to do he even said he would call and check in to see if I had made up my mind in a few weeks. That was appreciated.
Julian was professional and gave us all the information we required within a few minutes of his leaving the residence. I would definitely give him a raise

Nick came out today with a Sadie. Doug and flashlight in hand for his visit for the water heater inspection. He was very fast and friendlee and. Did what he had to get it done. I have had nick before in the past. He has always been great
James is was prompt, competent, & concise. He went above & beyond, even made friends with a new puppy, Rex. It was a blessing & honor to meet another member of the Goettl team.
So Goettl came through for us on the 4th of July. We initially booked a tech from another company to come out to solve why our air conditioner wasn’t working. Long story short they cancelled. So we called Goettl around 12:45 and we had a tech out at like 1:30. Nathan was very helpful, professional and fixed our AC quickly. I would definitely recommend them!
Chris P was fantastic. Our AC stopped working and Goettl was able to get a tech out quickly before the heat became too much to handle. Chris was very thorough in detailing what he was inspecting and why and was quickly able to locate to the problem and had us repaired even faster.
Goettl was responsive and had great communication throughout. Because this was an after hours problem, we appreciated that foremost. The tech that was assigned to our job, Jeran Cooke, was knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. Thanks Jeran!

Jesus came out for my yearly maintenance and answered and showed me pictures of my A/C. He did a great job of explaining the maintenance program, and I signed up because of his exceptional service and hope he comes out to our house each time. Very personable and look forward to working with him in the future!
Wonderful visit Jeran was amazing thorough inspection. He was very polite. We would definitely want him to be the one to do all of our plumbing inspections
Whereas he did get the air conditioning working,; we had done all the wiring, removal, the old thermostat and installation of the new one and completed wiring. We had a problem with one wire. That’s what he fixed. I think $260 for that kind of Repair is ridiculous. He basically just find the bad wire and repaired it.
Chris P. is phenomenal!! So friendly and understanding, prompt and amazingly fixed the issue same day in little time. Goettl customer service was great when I called, overall such a great experience especially given it was such a stressful situation. Being a week from moving out and selling the home, to have the A/C go out was a huge stressor but Chris’ great service set me at ease instantly. I’m moving out of state, but will recommend Goettl highly and use them whenever I can!
Right when the heat started to pick up, my a/c unit capacitor gave out. They were able to have a tech come the next day to diagnose the issue. Jesus Pacheco was my tech and was quick in discovering the root cause and replacing it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! My overall experience with Goettl's customer service team and tech were 10/10 and I'll be sure to reach out to them in the future!
Nathan did an awesome job. Very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed our malfunctioning AC unit speedily and fixed it . Happy cool people.
Jeran came by our house today to do a hot water heater flush and a general plumbing inspection. He was thorough, fast, and made sure we understood the results of the inspection and next steps for us to take with Goettl. Good Job!
Had an issue with our AC you guys installed in 2019 last night. James Barris and Shane came out this morning and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue (in this case a loose wire and a dirty coil) and fixed the issues. Also got us scheduled for warrant work that was supposed to happen after the installation and touched up the duct work on the unit itself. Thank you again gentlemen. We are located in Tucson Arizona
The AC technician James, came to check out our upstairs AC system, and did a phenomenal job determining what was the cause of the hight temperature upstairs. He gave us a great quote of some maintenance work we need to get done to the house to make our AC system run more efficiently. Thanks again James for your awesome personality and professionalism
