I hired Family Air three years ago for a furnace replacement. This company did and amazing job - we were 100% satisfied with Family Air's products and service. I recently decided to upgrade from swamp cooling to air conditioning and returned to Family Air based off my previous positive experience. I'm pleased to say my current experience was every bit as great if not better than 3 years ago. From the first meeting with the estimator the process was smooth and this team was fantastic to work with. Omar and Omar Jr handled the install of the new equipment and were knowledgeable and professional. Highly reccommended!

Family Air, is really a fresh of breath air. Their customer service is out of this world. Not just saying this because everything went smoothly, which it did. After our unit ac/heat pump was installed we ended up having a leak. They came out immediately to address it, but eventually found out it was a mistake they made. Which they took full responsibility for and resolve the issue in a timely manner. As someone who works in customer service, if I could, I would give them 10 stars. Thank you Family Air for caring For the customers, you serve. If you’re looking to purchase a new unit, these are the guys to go with great pricing an outstanding customer service.
We very much appreciated the work of Family Air LLC technician, Mr. Gamez, who accomplished our annual HVAC system service this year. He was courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to provide understandable and informative answers to all our questions. We look forward to using Family Air LLC in the future!

We shopped around with four local companies that received 4-5 star reviews on google and other sites. Family Air wasn’t the lowest price but offered more in the way of options, service and workmanship. We were really pleased that we picked Family Air as they suggested a brand of AC/Heater Blower we had not considered and at first had our doubts but after doing some homework, we determined that this brand was a great price and a even better fit for the Tucson climate, as it was designed with the Southwest in mind and made all the top ten list’s. The installation and installers were great and very courteous….did the work quickly and cleaned up as if they were never here. I would recommend that you put Family Air on your list for bids if you need a replacement. I’m so impressed that I’m having them out to do other work in the future.
Kurt was very professional and knew what he was doing. I had a great feeling about him the minute he walked into my home. Great company I am so glad i chose them. I am very much loving my new Ac thank you Kurt and family air. I will highly recommend Family air. Kurt even came back the next day to check on us to see if everything was good .
Another great service call on the packages heat pump Family Air installed a few years ago. I recommended these guys to all my friends, wouldn’t use anyone else
Jonathan Estorga, Family Air Conditioning, did an outstanding job explaining what was needed in our new air conditioning unit. He described with easy to understand terms how the American Standard unit would be ideal for our house. The team of five who came to install the new unit on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, were friendly, professional and did an excellent job of installation. I highly recommend Family Air Conditioning. Fabulous customer service, from the first contact and thereafter. The response time was exceptional, the service call for an estimate was far faster than I possibly could have expected and it couldn't have been easier to work with Family Air's management.
After having family Air do previous repairs on different systems with 0 issues, I needed there services again. But this time I'm writing a review! Everything outstanding and I do believe this is one outfit that will not price gouge and not give you a phony repair report. Good Ole service and sales. Mike was my repairman and was so friendly and courteous. Repair was made in 35 minutes!!

Great response time and highly professional. They came out the same day I called to finish my mini split installation (line set install and vaccum). Definitely recommend.
This is the third time we have used Family Air, this time to do a major replacement of our old inefficient furnace and AC unit. The experience from estimate to install and operation was flawless. They worked around our schedule, showed up on time, and completed the installation in about a half day, as promised. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and competent. We are very happy returning customers!
Wonderful company! We used them to install our HVAC several years ago. Not only did they have the best price, they were very personal, professional, non-salesmen-y, and quick. Since then, whenever we need an urgent repair they are able to get there within the day or next. Their service call price is very reasonable, and they are in and out very quickly. If you are looking for any type of HVAC installation/service, I highly recommend this company!
Family Air has fixed the HVAC on two houses for me. Both were "serviced" by at least 3 other companies each who failed to properly diagnose the problems while giving ridiculous estimates for unnecessary repairs or replacement of the units. Family Air was honest and straightforward. Their best tech Rick, who is now the service manager was persistent in the diagnoses and traced to problem to a bad solder joint on an electronic control board thus saving me ~$15K.
