Excellent service
My experience was absolutely awful. My air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I called Edwards Heating and Cooling in Tucson, Arizona. Edward came out and informed me that my washable furnace filter could no longer be cleaned and needed to be replaced. He also said that my filter was unusually sized and no longer available. He recommended ordering a custom filter that would be placed inside the cold air return grill. The cost for a custom filter placed inside the cold air grill was $800! My first thought was why couldn’t a custom filter be made to fit the furnace? Eduardo ended our conversation suggesting that if I could find a filter, that he would install it. The bill for his service call was nearly $400. The original filter was manufactured by AirCare in Las Vegas Nevada. I went to their website and immediately found the page to order custom filters. I entered the dimensions and had a custom filter order placed and ready to ship in 3 to 5 days for $59.
They are dependable, fair and professional.

Edward and son will do an OK job if he decides to work. He will "cherry pick" his work, and seems to not be professional. You will know by hearing "I will call you next week".
The repairman who came to fix my non-working, whole house A/C was pleasant, efficient and effected the repair in a workmanlike manner. I have no complaints whatsoever.
One of the few fair and honest companies around who actually take pride in their craftsmanship. Great job!
Surprised theres no reviews for these guys! They did exactly what goettl was going to do for me but charged me $1100 LESS!!! these guys are definitely my go to AC guys from here on out!! Not to mention my AC blows 10x colder now!
