I returned from vacation to find my AC unit was not working. I called Done Rite Services early the next morning and the office staff worked miracles to get a technician to me the same day. Todd arrived right on time and had my unit back up and running in no time at all. Fast, efficient, and affordable. I would give Done Rite Services the highest marks available.
William is a thoroughly knowledgeable and personable member of the staff. Since Emmco days, he has followed and taken solid and good care of our Rheem unit for some years now. We appreciate his excellent work and highly recommend him and Done Rite for anyone needing their services on HVAC systems.

Danny was great at his job. He walked me through everything he was doing with fixing my plumbing. He helped me choose what was best for the situation and was very professional. I would highly recommend him and Done Rite Services. I will gladly have him back if we need more work.
Jordan was very informative and knowledgeable. He was professional and worked hard to not only conduct normal maintenance, but to inform me on how to care for the unit.. Done Rite installed the unit along with my water heater and other units. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so. Shout out to Todd for doing a lot of work at my home successfully and also Gina for being very professional and helpful!
Came down to visit My grandma and realized that her house had a leak in her guest bathroom, called Done Rite and they came out to take care of her! Was very professional and on time. I could tell that there value is to take care of the customer in a affordable and efficient way! Thank you so much to Dustin for coming out and finding the leak and getting it fixed very quickly.Definitely gonna use them again for anything she needs.
I'm a renter and my landlord uses their services. This is the second year in a row that they have come out for annual maintenance and NOT performed said maintenance. My AC stopped working 2 days after they came and now I have to set aside my plans so I can wait for them to come and finish the job. They never even came inside the house to check the thermostat and filter yet they billed my landlord for exactly that. They billed her for the AC filter I replaced! They never came inside the house! Do yourself a favor and call around. Spend a little money and get a quality job done right, NOT Rite.
Danny Sharp was here the next day. Installed two batroom faucets and I will call for all of my plumbing needs.
Nice and professional but my request for service literally stated "Clogged pipes need cleaning and water heater repaired". They came and replaced the water heater and fixed the faucets but did not snake my pipes. Everything looked to be working when they left but my sinks are still not draining. Grrrrrr.
I met Jordan at a networking event and thought having one company cover multiple major home systems was unique. They are often needed in conjunction, especially when buying or selling a home. Done Rite saved us time and hassle by providing a timely estimate for more than one repair without stacking up service calls and coordinating several appointments. I will definitely use them again and recommend them in the future. Thank you, Done Rite, for the follow-through and follow-up!

Big thanks to Danny, Marcos and Angel for putting in a new tankless heater then fixing the cartridge in one of our showers. The work looked like it was done well (at least better than the stuff we had done before!) and they were all really friendly. Looking forward to having DoneRite do some other stuff around the house.
Gina was so nice on the phone and got me scheduled right away for my summer maintenance. The technician was great. He explained everything he was doing and let me know about the things to watch for in the future , based on my unit specifically. Highly recommend! I will use Done Rite Services for all my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

We called Done Rite for some plumbing work in the bathroom; Dan from Done Rite arrived and fixed the problem toilet literally as we spoke, then after replacing a broken sink valve, was on his way. Sure, the work was fast and reasonably priced, but more importantly, it was done right.

I had an excellent experience so far with Done Rite. I called them because my mom had her HVAC system replaced a few months ago and had a great experience, so when I needed an estimate on our air conditioner, I figured I would call them too. From the initial phone call with Gina, I was impressed. She was friendly, helpful and patient and worked with me to find a good time to send out a technician. When Jordan arrived (right on time), he was also very friendly, patient and highly informative. He gave me the information I needed to help make a decision without trying to 'sell' me anything. I have no doubt that when I decide to have the unit replaced, Done Rite will do it right. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you need any help with your HVAC here in the Tucson area.
My AC was running but not blowing cold air. I called Done Rite and they sent a technician, Carlos, to my house that afternoon. Carlos resolved the problem and even taught me what to look for and what to do if it happened again. I've had solid, friendly and knowledgeable technicians from Done Rite Services. They are now my go to people! I strongly recommend them!
