The whole experience was made very easy by their team. Luis, Frank, Dustin, and Jeff did a great job with explaining the process, coming up with a plan, and completing an installation during a serious heat wave here in Arizona.
Jose was the tech that came out when we had issues this morning with our system freezing up. He checked every part of the system to insure that it was working correctly. We weren’t told about the second air filter our system had so when we changed the filter we only changed the one. Thank you Jose for coming out on a Saturday and getting our system back up and running.
James was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention thorough. He made sure everything was in good condition and informed me of priority repairs.
Trevor was very professional and great at explaining the situation with the AC.I will definitely call on D & H Air Conditioning in the future.

Oscar got the A/C working again very quickly! He called ahead to let me know when he would be here, and arrived exactly then!
Kalem was assigned to do diagnostic work on my AC. He was able to troubleshoot the problem down to a compressor failure. He was instrumental in ordering the replacement part under warranty including labor costs and will be back out on 3 July 23 in time to fix my AC for Independence Day (4 July). 😀 As a followup to the above Kalem arrived on 3 July 23 to complete the large task of replacing my compressor. It was extremely hot, but Kalem did an excellent job completing the task at hand. His efforts were very much appreciated as the AC has been running great so far and allowed us to celebrate the 4th of July with our family. Thanks again Kalem for getting us completed on Monday. Aaron from D&H was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with our AC unit & was able to schedule a representative from the sales team for the following day.
We had to call D&H on the 4th of July. Compressor went out on our AC unit and temp outside was 107. They got us on the schedule same day, even though it was a holiday and had lots of emergency calls before ours. Josh arrived 2 hours earlier than anticipated and got us up and running in no time. We are so grateful for the people at D&H. They are trustworthy and honest folks. We will only call D&H for our AC and heating issues. Thanks guys!

I had them out on 29 June as my AC was not functioning the night before. By the time they came out, the AC was now working. The technician ran some tests and everything looked fine. He did find a rat that had shocked itself on the hard start. Later that day to the AC started acting up again, and I went outside, pulled the fuse and reset it, and it seem to come back on OK the next morning I called the company again and they said they would send out the same technician at no cost to re-look at the unit. Once the technician got there, he removed the hard start and everything seem to work fine. He did quote me $500 for a new hard start and I explained that what seemed excessive he stated pricing has gone up. He then told me that he was going to do a bill for another service call and while he was doing the bill I did a Google search for the part hard start. And found out the part was only $50. Number one he said I would not be charged for his return the second day and number two why would I be charged 10 times the part cost on an item that literally took him 30 seconds to remove I would not recommend these guys
Kalem Linsenbach did a great job for us. He is our go to guy with D&H. Take care of this guy D&H; he's a gem of an employee.
