Omar did a great on our AC repair. Service was done on a timely manner. We will contact Crest Air when we need service again.

I reached out on Yelp to get an estimate for duct repair and a new return air. Brandon came and was so very friendly and thorough. He got our estimate to us in under an hour. I approved the work to be done because it was a great deal. Work is starting within the week. I'm super excited.

Great service. I got the news I didn't want to hear... the A/C is dead.. but.. I do appreciate the HVAC tech and his hard work. He tried to get the beast going again.. time to sell a kidney and get a new unit. Great job by Crest Heating and Cooling, I will use them again in the near future.
I first heard about Crest from a friend. When my AC broke down last week, I decided to give them a try. They were very professional and Brandon did a great job. I will definitely be calling them back next year for maintenance. Thank you guys!

I had left a bad review for Crest air due to repeated issues that I had. Bill made it right. He went above and beyond to fix the issues that I was having. Things were fixed as soon as possible. He and Luis did an excellent job! Thank you so much!
I called Crest Air around 10am letting them know I can't get my a/c going i spoke with Cody he gave me a couple quick steps to try on my own and since that didn't work he let me know he would be on his way after his last appointment. Cody showed up on time was very professional he spent 3 hrs looking and tracing my wiring and found that I had a couple issues one being a blower motor. He drove all the way in town to get the parts I needed at 330 in the afternoon drove all the way back to my home fixed and even stayed a few extra minutes to make sure it ran perfectly and that the temperature was indeed falling. I will definitely be using them for all my future needs. Thank you
We had a serious emergency with our AC unit at our house. After a little bit of diagnostics, Cody was able to get the system running again. The man is an absolute savior. Crest Air is the go to for all AC needs.
Unfortunately we had a poor experience with Crest air. We recently moved into a new home and noticed that the HVAC system was not keeping the temp cool in our home. Crest air came out and said all of our flex duct work needed to be replaced. $2,200 later they replaced the duct work. Only for the unit to still not work. At this point our house was hitting 88 degrees in the AZ heat everyday. They came back and Cody told us he honestly didn't know what the problem was and said he probably didn't have the knowledge to fix the issue. We called 6 other companies and were later shown pictures of the poor quality of work Crest air did installing the new flex duct work. They also told us the work done wasn't even what was necessary to fix our issue. All confirming it was a return air problem and nothing to do with the flex duct work. We have since had the issue fixed and all is working well by another company. I have reached out to crest multiple times to speak with them about the issue and they have not returned my calls. I would not recommend this company. They do not have the knowledge or the expertise to properly diagnose all issues and their craftsmanship was very poor. One of our flex ducts was attached to our home with 4 pieces of duct tape. As you might imagine it is not only leaking air but falling down. steer clear
Over & above what I had expected. No sales job! Cody gave me a lot of info about maintaining my A/C unit. He took the time to explain what he was doing & why. Thanks, see you in the fall for my furnace.

Crest came highly recommended from the property management company that I use. When my A/C unit went out, I shopped around and they were the least expensive. I figured "highly recommended and in expensive" was the way to go and I was not disappointed. They replaced the whole AC unit and even answered questions I had about over six months later. The whole experience was great. Thank you Crest for your professionalism and customer service.

While we used another company in the end for our new AC unit, Cody was fantastic in teaching us about our options and giving us the best discounts possible. They are a newer company, but you can surely tell they are not new to this profession!
I learned of Crest Air through my brother-in-law who had recently had repairs to his AC unit. He was so happy with their service he ended up purchasing a Maintenance Agreement as well. I called Crest Air for an emergency repair at one of my rentals and they impressed us with their service. I ended up purchasing a new AC for a different rental and also purchased Maintenance Agreements for five rental units. They are very responsive and professional. I highly recommend their service to anyone.
Cody came out today to look at our furnace for a tune up and was really awesome and professional! He was fast and even gave me some tips to care for my unit. There's a lot of companies that just send a grumpy person or dont do the work they should be doing. Been through a lot of them. I will always recommend Crest Air!! 10 Stars for Cody and Crest Air!! 12/12/2019 The storm again came and played havoc on my furnace I contacted Crest air and asked if Cody can come back out he was here the very next day which made me so happy. he let me know what the cause of it was and fixed my problem immediately thank you so much for having Cody come out and be our hero again! Just FYI everyone I am not a person who does reviews at all but wanted to really recognize the company and Cody for his professionalism, kindness, and urgency to help me!
No one wants to move to Az and have to replace an AC split heating system a few short months after settleing in. Let alone two units. We were scheduled with Crest Air thru out Home Warranty company for a repair. Within a short amount of time a and thru a few service calls, we quickly identified that the units were not repairable and needed to be replaced. We sought bids from other companies and ultimately settled on Crest Air for their professionalism. Not only did they work with us on identifying units that would meet our budget, they also help us select units that would have a great warranty, their ongoing service calls and lined us with financing -because replacing these 30 yo units meant a total rebuild! On the day of install their crew was amazing!! Clean, courteous and professional!! It feels great to have AC AGAIN!! They truly will have our business for life!!
