Cool Willy’s saved us all, humans and pets!! They are so responsive, knowledgeable and professional!! They’re my go-to company for AC and plumbing work.
Called and had Stuart knocking on my door less than 2 hours later. Stuart was friendly, fast, and efficient. Every company should afford themselves the opportunity of an employee like Stuart. Stuart had my a/c going and the house chilling down within an hour and a half of arriving. Pricing was extremely reasonable for being a holiday. Cool Willy’s, mostly Stuart, was a life saver during this triple digit heat wave. Give Stuart a raise, you can’t afford to lose him.
Our AC went out on a Sunday when it was 107 outside. We called Cool Willy's and they came out within 30 minutes and had us back up and running in about 20 minutes. Nick was the best, very professional and courteous. I give Nick and Cool Willy's 100 out of 10. Great job!!
We encountered the dreaded "my AC isn't cooling" on an evening when the temp is 106! Of course it happened after everyone had closed. We called the after hours number to Cool Willy's Air and Plumbing and spoke to Angela, who was so kind and helpful. She went on a search and found a technician that was able to come out! Stuart was at our house within 30 minutes. He was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and explained to us exactly what the problem was. He immediately replaced the part and was on his way. And we were on our way to cooler temperatures in the house. (The temp in our house was in the mid 80's and climbing) Thanks to Angela and Stuart at Cool Willy's we were able to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend!

Called in need of same day emergency service & Jerry, our technician was here in less than an hour. He was very efficient, professional, and got our A/C back up and running quickly. Highly recommend & I'll definitely be calling them in the future

Levi was absolutely AMAZING. Having my AC go out right before we hit a week of triple digits scared me, but Cool Willy’s prioritized me, and had someone out to my place in a decent amount of time. Levi was very easy to work with, amicable, kind, and explained everything to me and helped me out on understanding what was going on. 10/10 recommend. Absolutely wonderful!!!

I used CoolWillys for the first time and am very impressed. Stuart was on time, very professional, after he did a very thorough inspection of the system, he showed me all the pictures and explained what the concerns are. He gave me a numerous options and was very honest with helping me to pick the most beneficial for me. Great quality of work! I highly recommend these guys!
Levi was the technician who responded to diagnosis and fix our AC unit. He was informative, helpful and knowledgeable. He had the unit fixed in under an hour and got our home cooled down in a flash !

I called for a summer AC system check. Angela was very informative and nice to speak with. She explained the yearly service contract to me in detail after setting up a service call for just two days later. Tyler arrived right on time and once I showed him the system he got right to work on it. He explained things in a clear manner, he was polite, and I could tell that he was well trained. He shows you all the readings on a tablet, takes photos of everything, goes over in detail the unit, and answers all your questions so you understand. So A plus for Angela, Tyler, and Cool Willy’s Heating and Cooling. It’s good to see them carrying on Wiliamson’s tradition and then some! Plus you should see their trucks, they’re pretty kool too just like my AC right now.
