Memo did a great job fixing my broken a/c. I couldn't be happier with the job he did and the office who set it up. Way to go COOL BREEZE keep up the great work
Our a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. I called at 7:30 am and Colt was here in a couple of hours. We had cool air within 1/2 hour. He explained what was wrong and the part was on warranty so he replaced the part and checked the rest of the system. He was very professional -- and a nice guy!
Service tech. was very polite and worked efficiently to service both the inside and outside units. He did not find any issues and did not pressure me to purchase anything. That I appreciated.

I was so impressed by the superior service provided by Juan G. from Cool Breeze. It was just a routine pre-summer A/C system check/maintenance, but Juan went above and beyond to really give the entire system a good look, and he provided explanations where needed. He also noticed something that had been incorrectly installed in the past, and he fixed it free of charge. It's just nice to have someone who actually cares about the quality of his work and who demonstrates true professionalism maintaining my A/C system.
I was really needing a new A/C unit, mine broke at the end of summer last year. I was having a hard time figuring out where to turn for help. From word of mouth I heard good things about Coolbreeze and setup an appointment to get a quote. I was able to get someone out to the house in a matter of a few days. Colt arrive right on time looked my place over made a few calls and gave me a quote in maybe less than half of an hour. He was very professional and I trusted his opinions, I can always tell when people are honest and not trying to push extras on me and over sell. He was knowledgeable and made me aware of things I was not familiar with. I really appreciated that it saved me some money. After he sent his information to the office I got a pleasant call from Marixsa or Monica I can't remember which one called me. I have spoken with both of them from time to time and they are both very personable and always a pleasure to talk with, I like them both. I was told I was approved for my installation and all I needed to do was schedule a date for the install. I couldn't believe how fast this was going. I wanted to get this done as soon as possible because summer was on its way. The install was scheduled again in a few days, this company is out to please it's customers. I had my install scheduled during the week, on a work day. Two installers showed up right on time, I wish I could remember their names because they were awesome. Again I had a good feeling about them so I showed them the fridge and said they could help themselves to any soda if they got thirsty and I went to work. They said the install would be done around two in the afternoon and it was, they called me at work said they were cleaning up and everything went together just fine with no problems. After I got home they had locked the front door and there was no sign that anyone had been there except I had a big brand new A/C unit. The unit is more efficient than my 23 year old unit, it is great to have a A/C uni

I'm very impressed with all your representatives. They are professional, impart confidence in their installation as well as their maintenance while being friendly. Bottom line is it's always a good bargain for what all I get.

Colt arrived and saved my grandson before he even started. The boy had locked himself in a closet he is 2. We had taken hynges off and everything. He got him out in 30 seconds my personal hero. Also he inspected and maintained the AC and did the best job.
juan guthrie was the technician who came to do maintenance. he was very considerate, professional, helpful and informative. he made several suggestions to improve the life and efficiency of the HVAC system. he was very thorough. i appreciated his educating me as my friend who recently passed away had dealt with the house and i am needing to learn how to do it. we have used cool breeze for a number of years and have always had good experiences with them. we were referred to them by a realtor friend.

We’ve worked with Cool Breeze over the years having them service our A/C and heater and have always received great service in a timely manner. They communicate effectively and quickly. This last service was a seasonal check on the A/C and Colt was wonderful to work with. Explained everything up front in a friendly and professional way. We will definitely be continuing to use Cool Breeze in the future.
