Great response, came out on a Sunday - Fantastic. Will use them again.
They were flipping awesome! AC went out overnight. Called around, they were the first to be able to do same day and not charge a ton in emergency fees. And were able to move me up to get it fixed asap. Highly recommend 👌
Chris and Cody are the dudes! they fixed my heater on the coldest day of the year and my AC on the hottest day of the year what are the chances?? But they made it work and were prompt and friendly. -Mike
My A/C went out on July first, some time late at night. I called a different company to take a look. Nice guy, but the estimate seemed a little high. I called City for a second opinion, and they were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They replaced the A/C unit on the 3rd, working into the night in the heat, for much less. I would recommend City to anyone.
Very honest, courteous and fast to respond. When others were saying that my unit was beyond economic repair, he found the root cause of the problem and replaced its actual bad (low value) component, right there and then.
When our A/C went out, Chris was able to get our twenty two year old system running, no, hobbling because there was nothing left of it until our new system was installed two days later. The install team ran like clockwork. The front office ran with the same precision; Tonya was sending quotes, fielding all my questions, listening to me cry when the system hiccupped and supporting the financial end of a new system.
Tonya and the entire City Heating and Cooling team were EXTREMELY responsive, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable when our AC died on the first day of a 100°+ heat wave. They answered our emergency call late on a Sunday afternoon and got us up and running as soon as possible. Thanks!

I got home Saturday night to find that my air-conditioner had quite working. .I found City Heating and Cooling and saw they had an excellent rating so gave them a call the next morning and they fixed the problem before noon. I have just changed my service providers an booked a couple of future visits.

My AC stopped working about 7:45pm Sunday evening, they had it fixed before 9:00pm… on a Sunday I might add. I needed a big can capacitor replaced. Super friendly and very knowledgeable, I can’t thank them enough and very reasonable service call for a Sunday late evening too.
