Philip is the worst person to deal with, very rude and unprofessional. I would never do business with him
The owner is not a pleasant person to deal with. I would stay away from this business. And as other person said her review: "Be very careful doing business with breezeways"
Brian our Tech was very kind he called in the morning to see if I wanted some coffee. I thought that was very kind. He explained and showed me everything he was going to do. After they were done they cleaned up after themselves. Although they weren’t messy at all. We are very happy with him and the company.
Chris was like a good RN, teaching me how to troubleshoot without touching the electric circuits.
Christopher was very pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing. He pointed out packrat potential damage to watch out for.
Chris was excellent! Thorough inspection and tune up and took the time to help explain everything to me!
I purchased a Groupon to have my HVAC serviced. Chis was on time, courteous, and gave me some ideas to help my unit run more efficiently.
Installer t am was great. When I needed assistance after the fact Sadie was very helpful.
Came at appointed time and promptly did the work promised. Not applicable. Appointment is for October 12.
I called to get information on replacing my ac, the lady I spoke with, Sadie, was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me the information I was asking for. I will definitely be using this company in the very near future.
Breezeways is a company I would recommend to all family and friends. When I called the office a young lady named Sadie answered the phone very professional and kept a conversation going. She met all my needs and i was very satisfied. The tech Brandon was very friendly when he came to check my unit. This company is a 10/10 for me.
Ray is amazing!! He talked us through everything, took pictures, answered all our questions. Honest and professional!
I have been trying to get Breezeway to repair my AC/ furnace that they installed. I have taken time off from work and they have no showed twice. Their phone system doesn't work properly nor the staff. You leave a message and they do not call you back. You leave a message with their office staff which is one person and she does not call you back. I have been rescheduled numerous times. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism and so many excuses as to why they do not show up. Even when they promised that they will be there they still no show. This has been going on since last year. I will never use them again!
Ray was efficient and friendly letting me know what my HVAC unit needs!
Ray arrived at our church surveyed our facilities, and told me he would get an estimate to us later this week for air conditioning our Church. The estimate process went well so far.
I am currently disputing the cost of an AC unit installed on my rental property in Tucson. The price was exorbitantly high - $10,500 - for an AC unit on a townhouse. I asked for an itemized parts and labor breakdown from Jeremy, the service manager and have not received one. The general manager is out of town, and I hope that my concerns can be resolved when he returns in a week. Feeling scammed. Update 1/3/22 - The AC unit installed by Breezeways has caused our ceiling to leak under the unit every time it rains. They have sent a series of technicians who do attempt fixes with caulk which has never worked. It appears to have been installed incorrectly. Please stay away from this company. The owner has never contacted us and we have major ceiling damage.
Chandler was very polite. Performed the job quickly. Explained what he did and sent pictures. Brought my filters that I have been waiting for since June 2020. Happy camper!
They are an extremely unethical company. I signed a contract with them in April that they have not honored. I just spoke to the owner who refused to refund me my money, so now I will be forced to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. They no showed to their appointment at my house on Thursday, after I got a confirmation text and email the day before. When I called to find out why, I was told someone had COVID and everyone had to be tested. Both the person I spoke to on Thursday and the owner I spoke to today rudely asked me if I wanted someone to come to my house who had COVID. I explained that there was no reason I couldn't have gotten an email or a text letting me know the appointment was cancelled, just like I had gotten an email and text the day before confirming the appointment. Neither the person I spoke to on Thursday or the owner I spoke to today could provide an explanation of why I could not receive a call or a text letting me know the appointment had been cancelled. Instead I took Thursday morning off work and waited all morning until it was past my appointment window, and then called to find out what was going on. It's no wonder the person I spoke to on Thursday was unhelpful, as the owner I spoke to today was also unhelpful. He just wants to take your money and doesn't care about providing decent service, we'll see what the BBB and the Attorney General think about that. The owner also lied and said I have received service on this contract which is 100% not true. I signed the contract after my Spring service in April, and this would have been my first time receiving service on this contract. I fully expect the owner or someone else from this company to reply with more ridiculous excuses and/or lies, which I will be more than happy to add to my complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General. EDIT: Breezeways's response is a lie, which is no surprise given how they have behaved to date. As I said, I knew this unethical company would re
Be very careful doing business with breezeways. They charged me almost as much as a new air conditioner to fix a three year old air conditioner that was just out of service warranty but still under manufactures warranty. They didn’t tell me about the fee until it was done. They sent me an estimate which went to my spam and I never saw. They seem to think that this constitutes an agreement to pay that. I allowed work to go ahead because I was verbally told by the technician that there would be a labor charge. Having not mentioned any exorbitant fees, I falsely assumed it would be a normal service fee. They bullied me into paying the bill in the end. I did business with breezeways for years and I’ve had bad experiences since new management took over a couple years ago. It is not the same business and I expect they won’t last long.
I've seen the craftsmanship of the techs and I would never hire this company. Unprofessional and unqualified to be contracting on any home or business. I would not recommend this company to anyone...
