He wasted half my day by changing arrival time 4 times I tried to work with him but they were impossible changed times from 2-3 to maybe 6:30. . I drove 40 miles to meet them , Very Badexperiance for me
I really recommend Best Choice Heating and Cooling. This will be the second house that I have used Best choice. Josh the owner personally makes sure that everything is done correctly. My last house was certainly a challenge, Josh changed out a furnace and AC unit for a heat pump that worked way more efficiently and also took the time to do follow ups with me. Great job Josh now for the new house .
We have been working with Josh for the past 6 years. He initially worked at our home fixing vents that needed to be taped and routed properly. He then started doing maintenance for us on a few properties we manage and we were so happy with the service that we have used him 2x’s a year since then on 6 properties. He is responsive, reliable and reasonably priced.

Josh keeps my AC units running like brand new. When practical, he alerts me in advance if extensive work may be required during my next annual maintenance. I also appreciate that he takes pictures as he works to show my equipment’s condition. Above all, his attention to detail and work are pristine while his rates are reasonable. Joshua is very knowledgeable in HVAC zones system. He was quickly gave me diagnostic of the system malfunction related to motor noise/ circulation setting with a reasonable price. For the past 3 months, heat bills been sky high did not what to, got referred to best choice through my landlord, they were able to figure out the issue and timely resolve it. Highly recommend this business.
