Baker's won't return my phone calls or stand behind their warranty. Had them replace my a/c coil & condenser in 2017. The coil failed in 2022 while still under warranty. All I heard all summer was they could not get another coil. Since November of 2022, they won't answer my calls or return my messages. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Baker's. I have called several other companies this year and none of them had any issues getting me a new coil. Imagine that?!?!
I would recommend them to anyone! Excellent service, great value, They replaced our AC, furnace and thermostat.
I received 3 bids to replace my heat pump. Bakers was the least bid by a considerable amount. They use name brand equipment and did a great job. The unit is efficient and is still working well. I needed another unit replaced recently which also required removing the unit out of a closet that also housed a water heater I wanted replaced. They removed the unit and came back a few days later after the water heater was replaced and put in the new unit. They are very professional to work with at reasonable prices.
Absolutely second to none. Todd is professional and courteous and is great to work with. He truly cares about his customers.
As always, great to do business with Bakers. I am so grateful that they squeezed me in when my AC went on the blink. James did an awesome job finding the problem and correcting it. Have done business with them for almost ten years, and no complaints.
Update - 2020 - still love this company - they are professional, honest & the best out there! Great company who honestly cares about their customers. They're not out to take your money & just leave - Mark asks lots of questions before dispatching technicians out so that you get the best tech suited for your particular needs. I could not be happier!!
We have been customers of Bakers Mobile Aire for 15 years. We find that they are fair, knowledgeable, fast, courteous. We used them for our home and my parents rentals. I advised our property management company to use Bakers Mobile Aire exclusively

This was one of five companies that have me proposals. Theirs was the best priced. They took their time to talk to me about my needs when they came for the proposal, which made me feel good about the work they would do. They showed up on time in very professional matter, respected social distancing, worked hard and diligently, getting the job done ahead of schedule. I'm very happy with the end result. Highly recommend them.

I have a history with Bakers...I purchased a new unit from them for a property I owned 4+ years ago...and have used them to check/service my AC/Heating units at my current residence. I find them reliable, honest and priced competitively. Highly recommend.
I had to replace two units on a rental and my house. Bakers Mobile did an outstanding job at both sites. So if I add both locations, I can give Bakers Mobile a 10!
Years ago, when I was closing on the sale of my house and needed my a/c repaired before closing, Bakers Mobile Aire was the only plumbing contractor that did not take unfair advantage of my situation. Instead, they quoted me a much cheaper and more fair price and did the job very well. Over the ten years since then, I have called them for all of my a/c needs, and they have never failed me. They always explain the problem, offer me choices as to how to proceed, and do good work at a fair price. They are truly gems!
My house has a dual cooling (refrigerator) and heating (gas) for front and back. Both my heating and cooling systems were from Baker's and work great. Over 3 years of comfort and trouble free operation. Great folks, great service, great products and great prices. Just great!
Helped to keep an old Rheem unit going for many, many years. Then when we bought the home we were renting, we finally wanted a new unit, replacing a 30 yr old unit with the best Rheem ac/gas pak unit for our needs. They have never tried to work up business out of us or cheat us and have always been very reasonable and straightforward.

Update 2019: I've been using Bakers Mobile Aire for 5 years now (semi-annual maintenance service) and they have still lived up to my expectations! I plan to continue having them check my heat pump semi-annually. They are very friendly, helpful, and considerate of your time too. When my heat pump died unexpectedly in June, Baker's Mobile Aire really stepped up to get my home cool again. From the first call to their office, till the final installation of a new system, Baker's really did a high quality job! I obtained quotes from four local HVAC installers and only Baker's took the time to do a load calculation on my home to make sure my system would be large enough to properly cool & heat my home. Their installers (Manny and John) were very detailed oriented and showed great problem solving skills, which is important since every installation is unique. I felt they took the time to do things right, rather than just rush and get the job done. Even the office managers stayed engaged to make sure things went smoothly. The Baker's team works hard to ensure your home cooling/heating system is back up and running in a timely manner. I highly recommend Baker's Mobile Aire.

We had been working with another company who was slow to respond and treated us more like an option than like a customer. The Bakers Mobile Aire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and through the course of conversation it turns out they even knew some of the owners family. They got to the bottom of an ongoing problem, quickly, and with only a couple of return trips. Bakers amazing response time and commitment to excellence is what will keep me and the company I work at coming back time & time again.
