B & J Refrigeration provided us with great service for our installation of 2 new HVAC units. Tony (technician) and Shawn were both outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct and working as it should. They were prompt, clean, and did a great job. Highly recommend!

We've used B&J for both heating and cooling system installation. We had an emergency cooling issue today and they were able to send technicians out the same day. Hayden and Josh came out and not only were they extremely knowledgeable, they were the absolute nicest workers we've ever encountered. When the issue turned out to be a plumbing issue and outside the scope of their work, they still stayed on site so they could explain to multiple plumbing companies the details of what repairs were needed. I would recommend B&J to anyone, but especially if Hayden and Josh are the technicians assigned to the job! I was blown away with our experience! Thank you both for doing everything you could to try and alleviate our issue!

I have used B&J for years to service my HVAC units. The technicians and the office staff are just really nice people to deal with. They have never suggested a service or repair that I didn't need, and when a repair is necessary, the price is always reasonable.
I recently used B & J Refrigeration for HVAC system maintenance. The tech that serviced my home was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and my HVAC system is running better than ever. I also had an issue with some pack rats burrowing under my condenser and they were able to advise me on a course of action. Highly recommend!
The two installation representatives did an efficient job of installing both a new AC unit and a new furnace. That was expected and delivered. However, we had experienced poor circulation to the most distal BR from the previous units. They installed dampers in two different areas of the ductwork and new transfer registry above the distal BR door. Together, those changes have made a huge difference in getting heating and cooling to that BR. I was skeptical that it would work, but it has worked incredibly well. Excellent job.
These guys are great. They are pros all the way. They installed my heating and cooling Unit in two days and did an outstanding job. Tony and Adam were extremely proficient and l couldn't be happier. If you're on the fence about who to get for you're heating and cooling, call B&J , they are awesome! Update: B&J have done an outstanding job in follow-up maintanence On my unit. They make a thourough inspection And if there is anything amiss they fix it asap. The guys are very professional; if you are considering a new unit this is the company for you. Their quility is high and the prices very resonable.

Service tech, Gabe, called en route and arrived on time. Knew both systems (Fujitsu & Rheem) being serviced well. Worked efficiently to thoroughly inspect & clean. Identified loose screws from another companies system install and tightened. Will use B&J from now on.
Wonderful company! Got an estimate for a heat pump. Their pricing was fair and affordable! Am looking forward to getting a new system. I highly recommend them!
Received an email saying technician was on his way, arrived on time. Very professional with his work, answered all our questions and provided great advice. We're now enrolled with their yearly service plan.
Technical Associate, Gab was knowledgeable, thorough, did terrific tuneup of furnace, gave us a copy of the work performed. Changed the air filter and reset the Thermostat. Job well done right the first time and on time.

This is a BIG investment, and Lawrence was so thorough and helpful answering all our questions and providing the best new units for our needs. The installers (Tony and Adam) were professional, clean, quick, courteous and so helpful. This company was recommended to us, and we will most definitely recommend them to others! As an update, we had our first inspection following our new AC install. The technician (Soop) was fantastic! Professional, funny and went above and beyond in addressing my concerns. Two family members have now purchased new AC units from this Company, I continue to recommend!
