Jason was great was was responsive and knowledgeable!
Jeremy and Dominic did such beautiful work. Everything is in Place. Nicely taped and put together. When Jeremy and Dominic were done. Jeremy came and explained the new system and the new thermostat. Jeremy also showed me where filter belongs. Very respectful and a beautiful job well done!!!

ATS came highly recommended when the time came to upgrade our AC system. They did not disappoint! From the first contact with the ATS office, to Bobby & Bryce's prompt site visit, to Jeremy & Josh's professional installation, and to Jason's follow-up visit... Everyone was top-notch and exceeded expectations. Our new AC is running great. I've found my go-to HVAC company. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about the outstanding work ATS Heating and Cooling did while installing a new A/C unit. Both Jorge and Jason are consummate professionals who go out of their way to answer any questions a client may have while striving to deliver quality workmanship and completing service calls in a timely and efficient manner. I will continue to trust the ATS crew for any and all future heating and cooling issues that may arise. Well done ATS team and thank you for keeping us cool during the hot Tucson summer!
NOTE: this review is only for their proposal. They did not install as I went with a different company. In fact this was one of five companies that have me proposals. My disappoint with this company started with their initial inspection in order to create a proposal. It was cursory at best. He literally showed up stuck his hand in the doorway to snap a picture, asked what SEER range I wanted, and left. On top of that the guy, who was nice, made a comment about how tired he was and how COVID social distancing was exaggerated. Then he zipped away. Other companies took the time to inspect, measure, and talk to me about my needs. My furnace space was small, requiring special considerations so I wasn't confident that their proposal would take into account all the needs. Finally their proposal was MORE THAN DOUBLE the cost of the company I went with (Baker's Mobile Air). I know when companies are busy they tend to over charge in order to limit their business. It was the middle of the summer after all. I understand this but I wish that rather than sending out proposals to everyone they would be more reasonable, take the time to do a good job from the beginning.

Same day service call. Jason Taylor provided superb service and repair, despite never having seen my 36 year old furnace/AC. Jason found a supplier for the needed aged parts, obtained rapid shipping, and returned my furnace to 100% function. Extremely pleased not to have to purchase a new machine. Would be 10 stars but Google doesn't count that high.
Jason and Jeremy were very pleasant and friendly to have around. They were quiet and seemed to be working the entire day. They were both very professional.
On October 29th, 2019 ATS sent Charles to my home to repair a heating problem. Three days earlier I had someone else here to do the same, but he was only able to get the cooling working with the digital thermostat. Charles was here less than 5 minutes when he found out the problem. He fixed it in another 5 minutes. He was early to my appointment and was a joy to talk to since he was cordial, friendly and easy to talk to. He is an interesting man and a valuable asset to the ATS family of employees. I highly recommend ATS to anyone with any heating/cooling issues, and cannot say enough good about Charles.
I don't understand why they don't have a solid 5 stars. Just got back from vacation and found that I had no heat. After contacting ATS and speaking with Charles, he made sure that he came same day to figure out what was going on. The repair was quick, the interaction was nothing short of professional, and the honesty and integrity displayed was something I've found to be rare these days. While I hope to avoid any further HVAC issues for a while, I know just who I'll be calling if something comes up. Thank you again ATS. You have acquired not only a customer, but an advocate.
We had two Daikin heat/ac ductless systems installed one year ago in our guesthouse. They are fantastic and the service we have received from ATS has been outstanding as well. Charles came today for our 2nd scheduled maintenance and was prompt, polite, efficient and took the time to show me how to clean the filters. I would highly recommend this company.
ATS was contacted by Stonehouse Group to service the AC at my condo I'm renting while my house is in Escrow to close. Friendly phone representative who called, but technician, Jason Taylor, who came out was incredibley rude and verbally abrasive about not being able to complete the repair in a timely manner. Never been talked to so harshly by a customer facing representative, telling me "I don't work for you, I work for ATS" and yelling at me in a threatening manner on the phone. Had to call and get another technician to come back and complete the job. Even then had to wait another 3 hours while my girlfriend was uncomfortable in the house. Would never recommend this company, their judgment on personnel is not good. They obviously over work their technicians because this guy was severely unhappy, and couldn't meet an acceptable time frame. Technician Charles came out today, and was very friendly and VERY professional, a stark comparison to Jason Taylor, who was angry and rude. But here is the outcome, this is day #4 in an 85 degree apartment, they AC unit is original (33 years!!!!) old, and all he could do was let it unfreeze and add refrigerant and let it freeze again today. Charles is not to blame, the whole organization of Stonehouse Group, ATS Heating and Cooling has been incompetent in getting this very expensive unit up to par. I am going to check into a hotel tomorrow if this is not resolved. I would avoid Stonehouse Group as well as ATS Heating and Cooling, and definitely Jason Taylor if you have a tough AC repair. The easy ones are easily 5 star, but this is the most uncomfortable I have ever been in Tucson.
