Felt like it was an upsell operation. Not enough knowledge on re-doing ducting to help one room.

Quality, Fast to respond. Hector C was knowledgeable and had our A/C back up in a timly maner while also showing me the diffrence additional parts can make. Being from a technical background I appreciated his thoroughness.

Brandon, was very informative, he greeted me as soon as I opened the door. He introduced himself and waited for me to answer before we started talking about the reason he was there. He was very thorough and when he was finished he explained everything to me. He was a very polite young man.
I had an air conditioning check up yesterday. Alexander Curtis called when he was on the way, arrived on time, and was very professional. Alexander did an excellent job performing the check up, replacing the capacitor, and answering all of my questions with courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend Alaska Air Conditioning & Heating and Alexander to anyone needing maintenance and repair.
An A/C company I was a client of for years performed a scheduled inspection on my system. I was told my system had to be replaced for $25K. I was suspicious, so I called Alaskan. Techs Matthew and Brandon were OUTSTANDING! It turns out, I DO NOT need to repair or replace my unit! THANK YOU Polar Bears Matthew and Brandon.
Noticed my air was not cooling at 630 pm the Saturday before father's day. Called Alaskan spoke with after hours rep, took my info and got a follow up call within 5 min of a technician able to show up between 8 and 11pm. The tech Jason called ahead of time and arrived the time he gave me. He got the part replaced and was finished by 9pm. Now the house is cooling down from 85 degrees to 74 degrees. I could not be more pleased. Fathers day breakfast is still a go for our entire family... thanks again Jason
Jason Martin arrived exactly at the time stated over the phone. It only took Jason a few seconds to identify the issue but he made sure to confirm it by checking every aspect of my AC unit. Jason showed me what he was doing and went out of his way to explain it in detail. He was completely honest about price, steps I need to take, everything. Very professional service, will be using them again.

Arturo came and diagnosed the problem and fixed the system. H also sold me a two year maintenance contract that will cover costs of future expenses. very polite and on time
