After a surprise A/C outage, we contacted Air Excellence Heating & Cooling on a Friday morning, hoping we could get somebody to investigate the problem. Spoke with Bibi, who advised that a Tech would be available for sure on Saturday, but if a cancellation arose, she would send a Tech out. received a call from Tech Rich, shortly thereafter, suggesting he would arrive in 30 minutes (which he did), although the A/C unit could not be fixed, Rich patiently explained the problem (likely a frozen compressor). We will be replacing the A/C unit and expect a bid sometime today (Saturday). We are very impressed with everyone with whom we came in contact with at the Company.
Took care of my blower motor just in the nick of time which the other AC repair didn't even bother to call to see if it was under warranty!
They were stellar in service delivery, professionalism and attention to detail. They assumed all of the clients from S&S Air conditioning and I am very pleased with their workmanship and definitely will recommend and use them again!!! Thank you all!!!!
Rich came out quickly on a weekend when my ac went out and it was 106. He fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Can't thank him enough.
My 86 year old mother called me yesterday to tell me her air conditioning was not working. She used to be a snowbird from Wyoming but now lives in Tucson year round. I’ve been using Air Excellence for years and I knew they should be the first HVAC business I call. In less than 10 minutes I had my mom scheduled for the next morning at 10:00am (this was at.4:30 in the afternoon on June 28 during a time of excessive heat warning). Rich showed up before the scheduled time and had my mom’s air conditioning working within an hour. My mom told me that Rich was very nice and extremely professional. Thank you Rich and Air Excellence for taking such good care of my family. 🙏🏻

Was on time. Went about his business. One thing I missed while he was here. I mentioned was my clock on the remote was not correct time. He failed/ forget to reset correct time and had driven away by the time I checked the remote.
My AC was making noises and not cooling efficiently. I called Air Excellence and a tech was sent out next morning. My AC was back up and running in less than 24 hours from when I made the call. I will definitely recommend them.
Got an appointment quickly and repairman was on time efficient and courteous. The person that came to our house was Don. He is great

Serendipity had appt with you guys today! Hot water tank next to AC system was replaced two days ago by company that installed it 24 years ago. They had to remove & replace an AC pipe to fit new tank into space next to AC unit. Glad to have your guy check it was done properly. That AC is GOLD this time of year!!! Guy that came today was very efficient yet kind, too. Appreciate that I was not made to feel an idiot!!

The advance scheduling was efficient and reviewed the details and my specific questions. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the best ways to maintain my main and split units.
Air Excellence provided several service calls to attempt to repair our heat pump at the insistence of the home warranty company which was worn out. They fought hard for us with the home warranty company and eventually prevailed getting the warranty company to pay for a new unit. They were always on time , professional and courteous We totally recommend them!!
Characteristics that describe Air Excellence and it's HVAC technicians are several: call to confirm time of arrival, show up on time, courteous and described the maintenance and findings. This is a great HVAC company who continue to provide excellent work.

Amy was amazing. Had to wait 2 weeks for replacement water heater, and she kept me updated every few days. Unit arrived, quick replacement by Don, who was fantastic. They didn’t overcharge me on labor. AWESOME business, great people!
I appreciate the professionalism of Air Excellence, plus they are fair and reliable. They have gotten me out of a jamb when I the unit quit working during a cold stretch this past winter, and they provide excellent maintenance service contract the rest of the year. This a is a quality company that I trust and rely on.
