When our AC wasn’t working on a Saturday night around 9pm I gave them a call. Jerry the owner answered the call and was extremely helpful. They will be the hvac company I call from now on. Thanks again to Air Conditioning Associates for their help!
Today it's 110. AC wasn't blowing cold. Called and Gary actually helped me figure out what was going on with it as the power went out in my area. He even called me back to help. I'll always use AC Associates from now on. Thank you!
When a duct cleaning company could not fix my problem Air-conditioning and Associates found a way to fix it. They responded to my problem and then fixed it. I am indebted to them. They also do a great job keeping your system running summer and winter. . Have used them for many years.
These guys are the absolute best! Because they are the best there is a wait list for new customers but they are worth the wait! You'll never find honesty and integrity like this at any other A/C company, that's for sure. The install was great and very meticulous. John is professional and helpful explaining everything, their work is beautiful when completed, they left the area looking even better than before. Thanks ACA, keep up the great work!
I called Air conditioning Associates Inc. to install a mini split A/C unit in my garage. They refused because they did not sell me the unit as I purchased the unit from another vendor. Their ad says installation and they refused my business stating a liability excuse. So much for good service. I won't be using this company in the future for any of my A/C needs.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. After having our AC go out during the hottest part of the year and having not one but two companies come out and do nothing about the issue - rather, simply having one of them say the compressor was shot and we needed a new unit and aggressively trying to schedule a sales appointment to alleviate our suffering, and the other having already looked at the unit, saying it was fine, and the best they could do is return 4 days later, the wonderful team at AC Associates came out next morning and actually fixed the issue and have floated reasonable pricing on a replacement (that we do eventually need). Huge hats off to Gary, Rick and Skip and all the help at AC Associates for the incredible work, customer service, fairness, honesty, reasonability, and integrity. The way they conduct business is a lost art and they have won over me as a customer. In an industry plagued with dishonesty and scams, these guys are above the rest and deserve all the business they can get!

I just had my annual maintenance for my 3 heat pump air conditioning units. One was installed two years ago and the other two were replaced last summer. Those replaced were all original units from 2002. I began working with ACA in 2007ish. Tony usually performs the maintenance on my equipment. He is always on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He takes time to explain issues and I am confident he does a first rate job. I have referred several friends and they all have had a similar experience with the Company.
As former Realtors in Sun City Oro Valley for over 20 years we had an opportunity to work with ACA and have them install five new air conditioners in homes we either owned as rentals plus our personal residence. NOW, in the heat of July, 2021 the house that we purchased last year and moved into had a failed unit. Jerry was able to organize am emergency install for us on a Saturday when it was 106 degrees outside. SO much appreciated. Everyone involved were both professional and knowledgeable.

An employee from this company hit our car while we were in a parking lot. Not only was the employee rude and refused to share his insurance information, he had a co worker who was to far away to observe the incident lie to the police and the insurance company about who was at fault. The police had to be called and only then would he share insurance info. The whole thing took place in a McDonalds parking lot. The issue is not the cost of the repair, it is the lying and rudeness that was shown to us. Is this how this employee treats the public?
I have been using ACA for over 10 years for annual maintenance and needed repairs on my air conditioning and heating systems. I have also recommended the company to many friends. We all share the same opinion- the owner and his employees are responsive, on time, personable and professional. The prices are fair and reasonable and ACA will try to resolve the issue by repair rather than simply push to replace the system. Gary, the owner, is hands on and cares about the workmanship of his employees and the products sold by his company. You can trust ACA to do a thorough job and stand by their work.

With a good friend's referral and some due diligence on the Internet, I thought this was the company to come out and look at my AC. Called on a Sunday not expecting to reach someone and I didn't leave a message; however, when I was called back asking if needed help, I was delighted when I was told that someone would call me back and schedule me in. I did get a call back by Amy and after confirming that I was a new customer, she promptly told me they were too busy and would not be able to help me anytime soon. Are you kidding me? Not only will Air Conditioning Associates Inc. NEVER get my business in the future; I will go out of my way to tell anyone looking for a reputable AC company in Tucson to stay away from this company.
Ater months of hassles with other AC compaines, Gary diagnosed my problem and fixed it properly in a couple hours. He's very honest and trustworthy.
I'm a DIY kind of guy, but I don't own every tool. ACA came and fixed my A/C in about an hour. Their knowledgeable technician found and fixed the problem, then thoroughly checked the rest of the system. I'm a delighted customer, and highly recommend their service(s).
