Right before Thanksgiving I had ACS Air Conditioning Services install the Reme HALO LED Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) device on my Daikin HVAC system. I researched several other air cleaners air purifiers and this one received very high recommendations. I'm so glad I made this purchase with ACS. They installed it the day after I ordered it and everything went very smoothly. The technician was very professional and wore a mask the entire time. Thanks ACS. Highly recommend this company and this product!
The senior tech was great and very knowledgeable. They didn’t try to up sell. I am good if something is wrong they fix it but don’t sell me something I don’t need. That happened to me the time before. Dave Valencia was fantastic.
The service was well-informed and professional. He checked existing system, found a bad capacitor and replaced it. Also added an in-line surge protector for the variable stern fan…protection against power surges…especially with the monsoons
We just had our HVAC maintenance done by ACS for the first time. Dave, our technician, was great and very thorough. He explained all the aspects of our system and answered any questions we had.

Was impressed with the information and time everyone took. We had our unit go out unexpectedly and they were about to get a new one right away. Everything was explained to our satisfaction and all the workers were respectful of our place. Would highly recommend them.

on the date of 10.27.22 i had Manny out for a tune up on my unit who did an amazing job cleaning and servicing unit. my issue started when i had Ryan (sales) and Dustin(owner) come out to my home and tried to give me options on moving my thermostat do to my unit constantly running or short cycling. they gave me the option to move my thermostat back in November and till the date i have yet hear from anyone I've called spoke with Sandra (dispatcher) and was promised a call back and nothing I'm now working with a other hvac company who is set to do the repairs needed to make my home livable again. im going to reach out and try to get some sort of refund and well see how that goes
Brian, the senior tech who checked our HV AC system, was personable and knowledgeable, explaining be issues and possibilities for their fix in our system. His patience with our questions and his explanations or easy to understand. We will use him for all our ACS company HVAC system maintenance in the future because of this. ACS will get back to us after Brian investigates why we are having the problem with our dampers. It is expected that the issue will be resolved one way or another.
The Maintenance person, Mason, was very professional and friendly. He showed us three areas that could be dangerous if not fixed, so we set up cleaning the vents & ducts a week out.
I Couldn’t be happier with my new AC. Great service from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and well educated in their field. I would definitely use them again!

The A/C quit working overnight and the control panel had gone black, but the fan was still blowing. As an annual service contract customer for several years this was my first call for a problem. Dave arrived within a few hours of my call and found and fixed the problem in short order, at a very reasonable price (thanks to my service agreement with a big credit for diagnosis). Good job, Dave and ACS.
