Qual-tech saved the day! 112 degrees today. John was able to get his technician, Christian, out the same day that they received the request. Christian arrived on time and took about 10 minutes to diagnose and to make the fix (he says it was the dual capacitor). Now, we just have to wait for the house to cool from 91 degrees. 😬 Thank you, gentlemen!

We recently had our 17-year-old HVAC replaced by Qual-Tech. From the first technician we met, George, to their install manager, Christian, and the entire install team, we were very impressed by their professionalism, honesty, timeliness, and courtesy. The owner, John, was always available to answer questions and did a great job communicating throughout the process. The Qual-Tech team were amazing to work with. Their followup was excellent. The gentleman that came out, George, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the issue was. He was very careful entering the attic access inside the house and cleaned up once he finished. Everything is working fine, thank goodness with the cold weather that has entered the Surprise area. I would highly recommend Qual-Tech air conditioning / heating to anyone.

I'd like to say a few words about this company. John (Owner) and his crew.. Have gone above and beyond for me and for my Extremely odd experience with my Brand new A/C .. and heating system.. Not gonna get into to much detail.. But John and crew showed up for me fast and handled the situation from day one for me and got me back to having heat in just a few days. Stellar experience and would highly recommend them to any and all who's looking for services in this area.. They are professional and kind and curtious in everything they do.. 6 stars 🌟 outta five.. 😎

Used them via Land Mark Home Warranty, they were quick at booking the appointment and came out on 11/11. When Pete arrived he was friendly and definitely easy on the eyes. We have an older unit and it's more challenging to work on. I had installed a new thermostat months earlier and the company ended up not repairing my heater when it was the switch valve that makes the unit go from hot to cold was stuck. I suggested that but again was an older unit. He ended up saying that they couldn't repair it and told the warranty company that it was based on my installation of the thermostat which wasn't the case. HW sent a new company out and they were able to repair it. Pete was a joy, he's the type of guy we'd be down to hang with on the weekend and have some fun but not sure I'd use them if you have an older HVAC unit. Thanks for your help Pete you had our attention in many ways! :)

My AC died and i had to use my home warranty Qaul-tech was the business used. Pete my tech was awesome arrived the next day figured out the issue left and came back 2 hours later to try and fix it with the parts he had. It was a no go needed a whole new motor so that was ordered. Fast forward a week I have no updates so i call and get VM, left a messaged was returned 5pm right before closing with no info via vm. 2 more times and days i get told the motor is on its way via vm. Almost 2 weeks later i finnally speak to the office manager and im told he has no idea where my motor is and has no tracking.... $2,000 motor is being shipped in and no one knows where it is or bothers to check almost 2 weeks later. So i call my home warranty and she is equally frustrated when she isnt able to reach anyone escalating it on her side and sending an email to qual-tech. Next day i call home warranty new guy who is equally frustrated and read me the reply to the email sent " spoke to customer and he was updated" like hell i was so agian i raise a fit. Magically the next day Pete calls and he is on his was with the new motor. 40 minutes later i have ac. as far as Pete and his ability and professionalism 5 stars. As for the rest im not impressed.

Can I just say how awesome QualTech Air is!!! Our tech Pete came out and was super nice and fixed our issue so quickly (before I had to pick up my son from school) and our AC is working and feels awesome AND he didn’t try to sell me a new AC which I know we need but he totally looked passed out old hunk of junk and just fixed it. I was afraid I wouldnt be able to find someone to come out same day, but they did. They even use an app where you can see how far out your tech is from your house. All around such a pleasant experience! New customer here….. thank you QualTech and THANK YOU Pete! ♥️ just wanted to share

This company was used by One Guard for my home warranty. I scheduled a tune up, and while the appointment was booked far out, Pete arrived on time. He was quick and efficient, friendly and informative, professional and took COVID standards seriously (mask usage), and made me feel relieved that our old unit was still running like gold. Took 2 weeks to come out then the technician couldn't fix the problem. He said they would have someone out the following day, noone came. Called them and the person who answered the phone was very rude about it and said they couldn't be out for a few more days. I fixed it myself. Will never deal with these people again.

Stay away from this company! Had to have them come out three times in 1 month. The second time they came they charged me $150 to add freon. The third time they came back to replace the condenser and charged me $200 to remove the freon they just put in. I told them freon obviously wasn't the problem and had they diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, there wouldn't have been three visits or a loss of freon. The guy John in the office just talks in circles and honestly doesn't care about the customer. If I wasn't going through my home warranty company I wouldn't have had them come back. I will say the technicians were nice and always on time. But that wasn't enough to keep the air running.

We have been without AC for three days now and this company hasn't even tried to schedule an appointment with us. Their "24/7 " emergency line is a joke. We called them Saturday and they couldn't get us scheduled till Monday. Well it's Monday and still nothing. It's 100° in my house my animals are super hot my cat is panting. This place is a joke. If I didn't have to go threw them for my Renter warranty I wouldn't. We are all hot and dehydrated cuz they have nonsense of emergency. We have been calling all day and no answer.
