Excellent service! Mike was quick to arrive, diagnosed the issue and repaired our AC unit today. He communicated effectively and kept me up to date on the progress of the service call. Michales Air Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration is a solid company and the technician who I had the pleasure of working with John was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable of what the issue with my AC system was, how to fix it, and was able to explain the details to me in a way that I could understand clearly. When I had questions, he explained them thoroughly and was friendly and personable throughout every interaction. I will be using this company for any future heating or air issues!
