I just had to take the time to write this positive review of Nick and his HVAC business. My 5 year old Carrier A/C unit suddenly stopped cooling. I had another business assess the problem and they told me I needed a new compressor ($3,000) or a new unit ($12,000). Made no sense. A friend recommended Nick and Sumner. The short story: Nick fit me in to his busy day, diagnosed and fixed the problem (just needed a hard start kit @ $250). What caught my attention? He took the time to explain to me what went wrong, how he fixed it and how I could proactively avoid problems with seasonal maintenance. Such a thorough and great guy!

My permanent AC guy is Nick Sumner. He is awesome. Reasonable, knowledgeable, and prompt. I called him and within 2 hours, we had cold air again. Support local businesses! He is starting his AC company and I would highly, highly recommend him. Don't trust anyone else. Call Nick 1st!!!

Nick handled the service and was outstanding at identifying the problems and repairing them. He added additional input, enlarging one duct run and the junction box or header and installing the new AC unit. The work was professionally done at a reasonable price and on time.
