Best A/C experience I have ever had! Hands down the most knowledgeable and honest company out there. A/C repaired and for a fraction of the cost the other three companies quoted me! Cool for the summer now!!!! Thanks BILL!! Cost is what it is and the results speak for themselves!
Firstly, Pro Solutions Air were so patient with me after providing a quote to replace the AC on our home. Things came up, to where we couldn't proceed right away, yet they checked in with me regularly, until we were ready to move forward. They were the only company who followed up, which was the main reason we chose them, plus the great reviews they have. The Pro Solutions Air team worked quickly and professionally. They were patient with questions, and answered them thoroughly. We had the ducts cleaned also, because why put in a new AC and have dirty ducts, right? Everyone here is just so awesome to deal with. They leave the job site clean and are very professional in their work. They all work like they are proud to work for this company, which is hard to find these days. That gives the customer a sense of trust and makes me think highly of this company, whom I totally recommend. Our old system was over 20 years old and though, to us, still had some life left, we knew it was tired and time to replace. Now we live in the peaceful quietness of our new unit. Thank you to this awesome company and your team of great workers. We'll see you in the spring for the maintenance check. Keep up the great work!
Pro Solutions Air covers a wide range of services! Not only do they service my furnace/air conditioner but recently installed a new pump motor for my pool and replaced a fan/ light fixture on my patio. They can do it all!! And besides, the service guys (Bill particularly) are friendly and knowledgeable!
They replaced my AC unit and furnace and I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Solutions Air. They professionally responded to all my questions both before and after install. Don personally came to my house to assess my current set up, Dylan and Greg performed the install and were professional and courteous, and Alexis in the office was great. Extremely happy with their service.
Just had Jordan here yesterday to do some work on my aging HVAC system in order to extend the life of my current system. From the first contact with the office to make the appointment till Jordan left it has been a great experience! Jordan came first for a tuneup and checkup. He identified a few areas that needed attention and explained everything. So I agreed to have him move forward and replace a few parts. The office called me and made another appointment for him to come and do the required and agreed upon work. Jordan was on time and called first to say he was in route. He explained what he would be doing and got to work. He was pleasantly friendly, professional, answered every question, was respectful of the property and cleaned up. He even changed my AC filters for me while here and even tolerated my Grandson’s curious cat! I recommend this company!
Very pleased with the help from Jordan and they only charged me for a $39 service call, thank you and God bless, I’m a senior and on limited budget, so thank you Lord. Gary
Back in July 2022, my AC unit stopped working. We came home from a friends house and our house was 85 degrees inside. The week prior, I had called another AC company to do a full system check-up to the tune of $100 and they said the unit was in tip-top shape and perfect and of course, tried to upsell me some stuff that is not required and not needed. Fast forward a week when we came home and the house was at 85 degrees. I called another company (company #2) who came out and said I had two leaks, one in a coil in the air handler and another outside in the line set of which the leak in the line set has been there since the unit was installed (house was built in 2015). He said he repaired the leak outside in the line set, recharged the system and ordered a coil for the air handler all of which cost me around $600. I then hopped on Facebook and posted about this unit being undersized for my house based on square footage, seer rating and the energy efficiency of the house. At that time, the owner of Pro Solutions Air started chatting with me and offered to come to my house for FREE of charge to do a full check-up on the system and to ensure that it was sized properly. A few days later, he showed up with his best technician. They spent about 30-40 minutes looking everything over after which he told me the unit was sized properly but was not sure why the other company ordered a coil when they could not guarantee that a coil was leaking except for the oil in the condensation line outside. They offered to put in a dye pack which would allow them to see any leaks in the future which cost me around $400 so I obliged because it made sense. In October, I turned the AC off. I finally turned the unit back on two weeks ago only to find that after three hours of running, my house went from 79 to 82 degrees. I called Pro Solutions Air and they came out again, same technician as last time. He spent about 20-30 minutes diagnosing the issue and found that the compressor was not coming o

I wish I could give them more than five stars if I could I would. This company is fair they are honest their work is good and their prices are more than fair. I will never have anyone else come out to take care of my heating and cooling needs again. I will be sticking to them like glue. And I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their heating and cooling. Either repairs or installation they are the best!!

Bill and Jordan were great to work with. We had a few minor issues with our installation, but they were very knowledgeable and professional and took care of everything quickly. Sometimes things don’t always go as planned, but this company was great at working around the issues and getting them resolved quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend them!
Bill was awesome! He took pictures of everything and explained each piece along the way. He was fast, professional, and got us back up and running! We will definitely be calling them again if we ever have another issue.
From first contact with Don, through the installation of the new Lennox HVAC unit, everyone was very professional! There price was the best, and the install team treated my home like it was their home!

It was good that we purchased a warranty for this Lennox HVAC, because the annual inspection turned up a major problem. Pro Solutions Air came out and made the repair including reattaching the condensation line. All was done well and checked by the technician. We will know if the repair fixed the problem only when we begin to run the AC when (if ever, this year!) the heat comes upon us. This is a wonderful company to do business with!
Pro Solutions installed my current A/C and have been responsible for the maintenance for the last 8 years. They are great, I wouldn’t use anyone else and they will be installing my next one when I need one in the future.
The team at Pro Solutions Air are the best in the business. From my first experience to my recent one, they have always been professional and respectful. I only trust Don and team with my air conditioning, heat, air filtration needs and duct cleaning. Their customer service is above and beyond. Don even answered the phone one morning at 530am and the guys have been in my attic when it was 110+ outside on a Saturday night for hours never complaining. We have been doing business with them for a few years, including my maintenance last week which they called to remind me about and while here changed my air filtration filter because they noticed it was time. I refer everyone to them regarding their air/heat needs. Their entire staff demonstrates customer commitment which tells me they treat everyone well including their team.
Don is a top notch owner and neighbor. He installed on my new build, and has maintained it the last 3 years. Bill recently came and cleaned the coils and blower in the attic, and was timely and professional. Pro Solutions is my go to for friends and family.
I shopped a few places and Pro Solutions Air was the best fit for me. Bill came out and was very thorough, and not only serviced my AC and found issues from a previous tech but was able to quote me and install a mini split in my garage. The work was exception and if I ever have issues with it I know they guarantee their work and won’t nickel and dime me of a problem arises. Pro Solutions has my full confidence and I refer them any chance I get. It’s always good to have a company you can rely on for HVAC in AZ! Be weary of other companies!
