I could not be happier with this company. I actually got a response on a Sunday and scheduled the appointment for Monday. The technician called with updates regarding the diagnosis and the fix. I highly recommend them!
Jaycox installed our HVAC system without a hitch. They showed up on the promised day and replaced two units within 8 hours. Prior to hiring them, we compared quotes between them and two other companies. They were upfront about the pricing and our needs. Unlike the highly rated Magic Touch Mechanical, they didn't try to upsell us. I highly recommend Jaycox.
We highly recommend Jaycox for service and repair. Shane is so professional and efficient. Jaycox is reasonable and was very helpful when we were in need of a repair on our airconditioner. We have and will continue to recommend Jaycox to our friends and neighbors!
Absolutely worst experience. Rude serviceman spent 2.5 hours on new thermostat…and when told my husband would be back in a few minutes to pay him he said lady if i stand here any longer i charge you more. When i got back after he charged $544 the thermostat did NOT work. They said they could come back TOMORROW. When i canceled the service call in the morning saying i did not want their rude serviceman in my home and i wold find someone else to fix it i was told…”that is perfect we will cancel the service call”….what was perfect about this situation? Parker Bros fixed the loose wire efficently and polite and it worked after another $115. Jaycox is the WORST!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Technicians who installed our unit did a horrible job. 3 years later and the unit failed requiring $1,500 in repairs. Bad wiring, outdated parts, incomplete installation.
Trustworthy and professional. Nothing short of the best AC company and people I’ve ever dealt with.

I would recommend Jaycox without hesitation. Same day service when almost 110 degrees in Arizona. Shane and Austin diagnosed, fixed and checked the system in less than 30 minutes on site. No up sell or B.S. Good old fashioned professional service. Thank you.
This will be my new hvac go-to company. Person who answered was great and they were able to come out the next morning on a Sunday. The tech was honest and fixed the problem without trying to upsell or price gouge. Very honest and it definitely feels like this company cares about their customers. I was lucky to find them!!

We had issues with a new dryer and our clothes would not dry. We kept getting a code that represented a dryer vent issue. I cleaned (or thought I cleaned) the vent stack and still had issues. I made a phone call and they were here the next day!! Dominic was very patient, professional, and the quality of service was phenomenal. He cleaned the vent from the roof to the floor and a ton of lint came out!! Thank you guys so much, no issues with the dryer anymore. I highly recommend this company for the quality, professionalism, and especially the price. Merry Christmas.
Great job installing a 3 ton split system in our house. Unfortunately the tech did not follow any of the recommended procedures for start up. Hopefully we do not have any problems as a result.
Top Notch Service Experience! The AC has been blowing hot air since last Thursday. Excessive heat warning in effect so I’m living in the 9th ring of hell and my daily calls to the company that sold/installed the unit a mere 18 months ago resulted in no relief whatsoever. I have little tolerance for heat and even less tolerance for BS, so I called up friends to see who they would recommend. Six calls resulted in six recommendations to call Jaycox. Found out a couple friends were former Jaycox employees back in the day, they said the company treats customers fairly. I called Jaycox this morning at about 9:30am and was basking in blissfulness of icy cold air by 10:55 am. Steve R is a Rock Star! Prompt service, realistic pricing, competent and professional staff who are also genuinely friendly people. What’s not to love? ❤ Now I understand why so many people in the NW Valley hold Jaycox in such high regard. Glad to join the ranks of satisfied Jaycox customers. Would absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing honest, dependable HVAC service and repair!
I would definitely recommend JayCox! When our AC went out on a friday night, they were the only local service that answered our call and scheduled a tech for first thing in the morning. The tech was on time, professional and serviced the issue without problem. The cost for the service was fair and we are very pleased!
Jaycox saved the day. I flew down to help my mom with some Dr. appointments. It was 90 degrees in her side of the house. They were there at 7:30 in the morning and had the AC unit fixed in under an hour. I could not be happier with the services and how much they cared about helping my moms house get cool.
