I had Stephen over to get a second opinion after Air Now recommended adding several pounds of refrigerant and sealant. Stephen ran several tests and discovered that no refrigerant was needed. I really appreciated his willingness to come over and give me a free estimate & honest assessment. I highly recommend Stephen for all your HVAC needs. He is definitely dependable and trustworthy!
Stephen was at our house the next day. Diagnose the problem was fixed that night. Great to have a very reliable go too person in the valley. They are few and far between.
When it is hot waiting 3 days before the air got fixed is too long but they only work Monday thru Friday. The air conditioner went out on Saturday and wasn't fixed until Tuesday.
Appreciated the technicians professionalism and also the friendly service.

I have had several interactions with Stephen Greenwood and each time was beyond superior customer service! The response time is amazing (leave a message and you will be called within 30 minutes on average!) and he will arrive as soon as he can. I have not had to wait 2-3 days, etc. for a tech to arrive - ever! (as with other companies). There is NO pressure for an upsell and he is honest with what is needed. When I had both my AC units recently replaced the installation team was beyond professional. The refuse on my front lawn was honestly comical, but once the disposal team arrived you would never had known the lawn had looked like a junk yard (lol). If I could give Greenwood Air a ten star rating, I would. I don't usually leave reviews, but this company is one that I highly recommend! Thanks Stephen and team for a wonderful experience.
We hired this company to replace our entire A/C system and a good part of the duct work to make it more efficient. The entire staff are not only very professional but they are also very friendly. All of the employees that we encounter are are extremely knowledgeable and work nonstop to get the job done. I absolutely recommend this company for any A/C repairs and replacement. Easiest Hvac company to deal with. Steven came on time as promised, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I wish Homeowner Warranty will send them for all Hvac repairs I need.

I unfortunately was assigned this awful company thru my home warranty. Our AC had been out almost a week before they could even get us scheduled. Luckily it was not super hot yet and my young toddler and infant were not over heated. When they finally did arrive, they showed up with dirty shoes, no uniform and very unprofessional. Before even fully looking at the unit they tried to pass blame on electrical and told me to call an electrician. After he did his job he did find it was not electrical and a compressor that he would need to replace. After telling my husband it can take 1 week to 1 month for this to get submitted and resolved my husband was upset and said that it cannot take a month and that he would work with the warranty company. The tech was very rude and defensive and said that is not how it worked. He said he would submit the report with the information but instead canceled the appointment without telling us what was happening. He canceled because he felt my husband being upset at a 1 month fix time in the summer of Arizona and would work with the warranty company was unreasonable. When asked why the appointment was canceled they lied and said they needed a second opinion. Thank you for being so awful and canceling our appointment, I would not want you back in my home to do any work. I do not trust this company or the awful ownership at this time. The new company has been kind, professional, understanding. Please pick any other company!
We were assigned Greenwood Air through our home warranty and they were pretty awesome! They got us on the schedule relatively quickly, considering we submitted the claim over the weekend. They gave us a two hour window and showed up promptly BEFORE the window even started! Really glad they were able to get to us so quickly and fix the issue before things started to heat up too much! Would definitely work with Greenwood Air again, regardless of warranty or not.
Our home warranty assigned us to Greenwood Air. Steven and his staff contacted us quickly and were at our house within 72 hours. Steven explained what was going on with our system in detail and advised us on what to do in order to keep it from happening again. Got our system up and running! We can tell that he genuinely enjoys his work and cares for his customers.

The technician who came to repair our AC was prompt, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make sure the AC unit is working properly before he left.
