Just want to start this out by saying Zach is the best plumber ever!! Had an emergency last night and not only did Zach show up within the quoted time frame, he was early. Zach was incredibly friendly and professional. You'd never know it was an after hours call that took well into the late night to fix. His positive attitude and helpful demeanor never even gave the slightest hint that this call was disrupting his night! We are so grateful for Zach. He clearly takes pride in his work and is knowledgeable about what he does. He was efficient and thorough. His communication was clear and he set reasonable expectations for the task ahead. Zach literally saved the day! (Or night in our case) good workers are hard to find but with Zach you've got a GREAT one! We almost didn't use Emergency Master Plumbing do to the dispatcher. I believe her name was Heather. From the start of the call it was hard to hear her and it seemed like our call was a bother. She tried to push us to wait until the morning for assistance knowing we didn't have water and then went on to repeatedly tell us there was an after hours charge that couldn't be waived (we didn't even ask). It felt like not only did she not want our business but that she felt we couldn't afford the charge. At the end of the day we are glad Zach was able to turn or experience around and that we didn't let Heather deter us. We definitely will have Zach back for any of our plumbing needs!
Zach Arrived within estimated time frame window. Evaluated my leak issue , and as promised was a free estimate. Will definitely use them again.
Great family owned company. We had them move a kitchen sink under the concrete to our new island. Job was done from start to completion in a day. Will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.
Remodeling our house & Emergency Master Plumbing has been Incredible! From moving bathroom water lines to the main kitchen sink.... We will 100% be using them for the rest of the house remodeling. Family owned & operated. Truly amazing people :-)
Very quick and helpful ; from the first person on the phone who patiently walked me through getting the water shut off to Nate who arrived within a short time to diagnose, get the part and repair. I really appreciate the prompt and professional assistance!
Nate came out today and fixed TWO major issues at my home. Took care of leak problem under kitchen sink and totally solved an outside plumbing problem so now i can water my landscape!! He explained as he worked and was polite. I highly recommend this company!

I called these folks on an emergency basis on a Sunday night, you could tell he was annoyed to be taking my call and coming out just by the tone he took with me when he got there he said he had to get on the roof to unclog the line (weird because another plumber had confirmed it could be done from the sink but okay) He then said he was uncomfortable and it was awkward that he had woken up my guests (short term rental) and didn’t feel right being there. I am considerate of both my guests and any professionals I call to my rental. I gave my guests the option of having someone out that night or in the morning, they picked that night. I sympathized with him and didn’t want to put anyone in a weird situation and said it was okay we’d call in the morning to have the services rendered. THEN on my ring camera my guest asked why he couldn’t do it that night he said was leaving it as is because I found a “cheaper price I guess”.
Emergency master plumbing came out quick to service our swamp coolers in time for the heat. Friendly technicians and fast service.
Plumbing emergencies happen 24/7 but not all plumbing companies that claim to be 24/7 truly are. These guys came out after 7 p.m from the other side of town and fixed a leaking pipe in the wall. They worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. Super courteous and friendly. Absolutely recommend this company
Zach was great! He always responded to me in a timely manner & all of our questions were answered. Zach always showed up when he said he would & did the plumbing repair quickly but efficiently. We will be using Emergency Master Plumbers again.

Had a hose bib break on Sunday afternoon & had to turn off the water to the house. Called these people because they had good reviews & were close. They were here within a couple of hours & made the necessary repairs at what I considered a fair price. The plumber also gave me a few tips if anything ever happened again. Extremely happy with the service.
Used Emergency Masters to replace gas water heater. Great experience. 10/10 will be using them again!
