Typically all I hope for is no surprises. The only surprise turned out to be friendly knowledgeable service. Rare these days. Ken identified and tackled my AC issue, then was off to help another. I’d recommend them for honest service.
A fair price was negotiated. Baker's crew did a great job installing two complete HVAC systems and electronic air filters. Ken (the owner) came and inspected the job after completion. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company for your A/C needs.

Ken was great. Reasonable prices and excellent service. Arrived exactly when scheduled and completed the installation of the heat pump/air conditioner in one visit. His staff is wonderful to work with as well. Ask for Corien...so helpful.
Scheduled a tuneup within a day to resolve an issue that pops up once in awhile and make sure everything was ok w the system .They decided to reschedule the next day w it being 92° in my house (random issue popped up coincidentally). Then refused to do the tuneup without me paying for a service call now. One of the worst experiences I've ever had w a company.

Our AC went out in the am and the owner came out in the pm and got it up and running temporarily. We ended up getting a new system from them because ours was breaking down frequently. I should have replaced it a year ago and would have saved the $1000 Parker and Sons charged me. Within 3 days we had a whole new system which is far more efficient. It also comes with a warranty. Prices were fair and I do like that no matter when you call they have someone answering. I really like that they are local family run....nice to support the small businesses.
Ken was very communicative and professional. Plus, he did a great job of responding quickly to my home to repair BOTH of my AC units. Big thumbs up, Ken! 👍

I am so grateful to my neighbor that recommended Baker Heating and Cooling and this company. A/C stopped cooling so I called to "get on the list". Their customer service is superb. That is so rare. They actually listened. They called back quickly to tell me they would be here within a couple hours. I cannot express my gratitude enough for complete dedication I witnessed from each of their employees that I spoke to as they put me at ease when I was on my way to a meltdown! Thank you one and all! This is the company you want on your contact list for your A/C and heating needs. Do it now so you don't have to stress.
The installers were very professional and they only took 31/2 hours to install my AC units (2). I would recommend them to family members and friends..
Ken and his team were extremely helpful and responsive to any and all concerns. They showed up on time and installed my entire Bosh, super quiet, super efficient system in just over 2 hours. AMAZING company and HIGHLY recommended!! I wish all companies were this pleasant to work with...
If your thinking about replacing your old system with an new energy efficient system be sure to have one of the bids with Baker Heating and Cooling. Had a new system put in December, Ken and the install crew did great job. They even have financing available. Give Ken and Karina a call.
