Called Arrowhead Aire because of an central unit not working properly. Expected they were going to come in a few days, but Bryan picked up my call immediately and told me he would get here the same day in a few hours. Came out, I was waiting for him to tell me the unit needed to be replaced (as the unit is older) However, he quickly found an issue with a capacitor and was able to get replaced in under 30 min. He was very courteous, helpful, you can tell he has been doing this for a long time, and above all he wasn’t in it to come make us spend our savings on a brand new unit. Really appreciated his honesty. From now on I am using Arrowhead Aire for ANY Hvac needs. Thank you!!
I would definitely recommend Bryan & his company! :) Bryan was very knowledgeable kind & professional! I was having a terrible time getting someone to come out & look at my air conditioner, even my home warranty company (which l know longer have) could find anyone. A friend recommended Bryan and he came out that night and fixed my unit! I really appreciated his time and dedication to help! Thank you Bryan!
Tried to use your business.. Bryan gave my son a bid and when he asked questions about the second bid never called back. Too busy? Not interested ? Did not need the work? Bryan was a He did give a free bid ap lus for that seems there was mix up on phone calls. But decided not to do the work
My a/c unit went out this weekend, Bryan quickly came over and worked on it on a Saturday evening! I have recommended him to friends and my family members. Highly recommended. Thanks for your hard work cooling my house off!
Brian, Christian, Ally and crew are absolutely Wonderful!! We have had a few issues with our air conditioner which was old. Whoever had this house before us cut many corners with our unit. We had a motor blow about 2 months ago, Brian was over promptly that same day and fixed our motor. He voiced some concerns about our old unit and educated us on the horrible work that was done prior. We knew that there were issues but just hoping the unit would last. Unfortunately this weekend our compressor grounded, on a Saturday afternoon, during a heat wave. Brian came to our house promptly and again voiced his concerns and educated to the loss of money we would face with this unit. A compressor is very expensive, plus our part was not going to be made again. So we would just be flushing this money down the drain. We decided to go with a new unit. They kept in touch with us All Weekend and showed genuine concern for the well being of everyone plus animals stuck in this hot house. First thing on Monday morning we got a call from Brian. They were just great! Did great work, gave us a great price. This company is Honest,Genuine, Trustworthy,Prompt, Loyal,Friendly,Respectful, Fair,Reliable,..honestly I could list a few more, lol. Go with them, they’ll work with you, they do honest, hard work, don’t cut corners. Save yourself the extra stress trying to hunt for the best offer just to have them cut corners that’ll cost you way more down the road. They have a reasonable rate for the honest work. I know I invested my money wisely and that gives me a great piece of mind which is everything to me. I hope this helps 😊
I noticed that one of my ac units was not turning on. So I googled ac repair and Arrowhead Aire popped up. I live in arrowhead so I thought why not! I called and Paul I think🤔answered. He said he can have a tech out in about 2 hrs. Great 👍. They came out and checked everything and found that the main fuse tripped. I thought that was strange as this fuse is massive. I remembered that we had a lighting storm about a week ago and a lighting bolt struck very close to my house. Anyway they popped in a new fuse and all has been good. Only criticism is they were a bit pricey. I think everything said and done was $280 or so. Great service just a little pricey in my opinion.

Bryan is a danm great a/c tech he told me I will have air conditioning and he was right.when and if need some more work done.You know who I am calling. And will tell you now to call arrowhead aire
Highly recommend!!!! Needing a tuneup and preventative maintenance for my AC, I checked reviews and selected Arrowhead Aire. Bryan was fantastic!! He was knowledgeable, professional, and treated me as though I was his only customer. His expertise and honesty was greatly appreciated and my pups quickly accepted Bryan into our home. They wholeheartedly agree with my assessment, giving him dew claws up! I will recommend to family and friends and will use only Arrowhead Aire for my heating and cooling needs!
After receiving an extremely high repair quote from the company that installed our heat pump, a family member referred us to Arrowhead Aire. Bryan promptly came out, examined the unit and gave us a quote which was considerably less than the other company. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and repaired the unit in a timely manner. We were happy with the prompt, professional service and we will definitely use Arrowhead Aire for our future ac/heating needs.
To say I was impressed would be a total and complete understatement. I have been looking for a good AC Company for a long time to come and service my units regularly. I just purchased a new home and knew the units hadn’t been serviced in a while and knew they would need some extra TLC, but didn’t want to be overcharged for not knowing enough about my air units. I searched google, yelp, multiple other platforms, and friends references to find a highly rated company. I decided to go with Arrowhead Aire after having seen their great reviews on many social platforms. They scheduled me immediately for something that would work great with my funky work schedule. They were scheduled to come between 9am-11am. The technician Brian (Owner) called me before my appointment to let me know they were on their way and exactly what time they would be there. I am sometimes overly cautious of the service workers that come into my home because of past experiences with other companies. As soon as I met Brian and his assistant Alee in person I was immediately put at ease. They made professionalism their top priority! They were clean cut, used clean language, and were completely polite and considerate in the way they went about their business. They went and inspected my units (This was no normal inspection…. they tested everything on the unit to make sure my units were in the best possible performing shape.) I never once felt pressured by them trying to sell me something! They had me up and running at a super affordable cost and I could not be happier with the service I received. Brian and Alee are genuinely honest good family people that you just enjoy being around. I will definitely be a lifetime customer and referring them every chance I get.
Fixed a problem that other company actually caused by inferior work. I will use them again and I recommend them to everyone I can. I highly recommend!
Came out at 10 pm and resolved the problem in a timely manner, thank God, it was 117 today with more of the same for casted for tomorrow. His fees were reasonable. In all Brian did a great job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. The best AC man in west valley
My tenants in my rental house informed me the ac unit wasn't working at 3:00pm yesterday. Arrowhead Aire was there by 5:00pm. Brian Wilkensin was my tech and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit and replaced the fan motor and some other parts that were gone or about to know. And most of all he didn't rip me off. The bill was very fair and I recommend Arrowhead Aire. Now I have an A/C man for my home and my rentals.
Mr. Wilkerson of Arrowhead Aire went above and beyond in taking care of his customer and putting them first. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work. Really appreciated the work he did and very reasonable. You want good quality work for your Air Conditioner and Heating you can not go wrong with this guy. This is very hard finding in a company anymore of today. Thank You for a job well done!
